The home was very spacious and clean. The location is prime for amusement parks and freeway access. We enjoyed the pool after 100 degree hot day!

Great location to Disney and the house had a pool/hot tub. The house does have AC downstairs but little no air gets upstairs. Communication with the host was difficult. When we arrived an hour after check in the house hadn’t been cleaned. Trying to get ahold of the host was hard to get this fixed. The cleaners arrived an hour after us and stayed for 2.5 hours. Unable to pack the car or go anywhere with a car full and unable to relax after a long car road day was not ideal. The cleaners did an amazing job. The host did check in the next day. The house does have everything you need and is spacious for a group of people.

This is a large home that is close to Disney and good for larger groups. The host is very nice to work with. Rooms and bathrooms are cute, big and comfortable. (Loved the showers) The patio is a great place to sit with family and enjoy the day. Everything went very well during our stay. The pool is beautiful, but it needs a good floor cleaning. I do think the photos on the website need to be updated to be more reflective of the home in it's current state and the downstairs shower should be looked at. There is a mustiness and possible mold on the ceiling. As stated, we did have an enjoyable time there and Lyn is a very nice host. Thank you Lyn for allowing us to stay in your home.

The pool is amazing. We didn't need any heating due to California temperatures in August The size of the house is also amazing. Plenty of room to spread out for all age groups. Kitchen is excellent with everything providedThe air con is pretty useless. By night time the house was incredibly hot and the air-conditioning was circulating warm air. Clearly a known issue as the house had many fans to utilise. However in the August heat none of it is sufficient The house was cleaned with plenty of clean towels and bedding. However the property needs some deep cleaning TLC . Beds were comfy. Downstairs room has a platform bed which for seniors is not easy to get in and out of. Overall we had a brilliant time for two weeks. The house is easy to keep tidy and has a hoover, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer so easy living whilst enjoying our time in California.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. House is ginormous and we had plenty of space to unwind and be by ourselves if we wanted to be. It was perfect for our bachelorette gathering. I would absolutely book again and would recommend others to book here as well.

Amazing stay! Great location and the house was perfect! All the kids loved the house and with having 5 almost adult kids it’s always hard to find a house that gives them all a place to unwind and relax. This house fit all our needs and gave us a place to come and relax in between trips to Disney. I can’t recommend this house more!! A**

We had a great stay. 4 adults and 1 child. We had plenty of room and the house had everything we needed. Photos of property are accurate. Plenty of towels, plenty of space and very comfortable and quiet neighborhood. We made breakfast most mornings and had everything we needed to cook. Excellent location if you are going to Disneyland. Just a few miles from the parking garage. Spent a some time lounging in the pool. Very nice. We were able to communicate very easily with the owners. All of the information we needed was sent in a timely manner. Thank you for a great stay.

This was a great home for our family trip. It is close to Disneyland and about a 45 minute drive from Universal Studios. The home was clean and spacious, giving all 7 guests room to relax. The pool offered a good outlet for the kids, with a nice covered outside patio to eat or just hang out. There were lots of sitting options for family dining. The kitchen was well equipped with any item you would need to cook a meal. The home is close to many restaurants if you are wanting to eat out and multiple grocery stores if you are wanting to cook your own meals. The bathrooms were pretty standard for a Vrbo rental but clean and there were A LOT of towels.
