Casa Vista Linda is close to downtown Manson (walking distance), is extremely spacious with six+ bedrooms, allows a max of two dogs and is a perfect space for your next family vacation at Lake Chelan.
With a private pool and hot tub, plenty of room on multiple levels, you'll soon see why we have returning guests each summer! The winter months will provide you with serene mountain views and snow capped mountains.
CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CASA VISTA LINDA:
1. Max Occupancy: 12 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 6
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash shall be left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties (including dogs)
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF MANSON OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts to lose their permit to operate

House Rules:
-A completed rental agreement signed by the primary renter is required prior to check in
-Max of 12 guests (all ages counted)
-Max of two dogs ($200 pet fee)
-Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) and 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
-Max of 6 Cars
-No trespassing or parking in neighbors’ properties
Lake Chelan has a lot to offer for every group. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson and Chelan have to offer. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events that Manson and Chelan host (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, winery hosted dinners and so much more!).
Outside cameras: For security purposes, we have three outdoor surveillance cameras. Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination, eviction and forfeitures of all funds. The Property has one surveillance camera that looks at the front of the property, one that overlooks the side parking area and driveway, and one that looks at the west end of the property, including the pool and hot tub. These cameras help us with weather monitoring, package deliveries, guest & neighbor/neighborhood security and assisting guests who may have trouble with the digital front door lock.
Damage Protection Policy: The total cost of guests’ reservations for this Property will include a damage protection policy (if they do not select the refundable damage deposit only option, which is $1,500). The Damage Protection Policy covers guests for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances).
More information will be provided in our rental agreement and welcome packet.

We are excited to share this vacation home with others who love being at the lake, boating, wine tasting, and weekend adventures just as much as we do. Over the last 12+ years we have spent many weekend adventures renting off VRBO, so we are thrilled to share another vacation home with others. We hope that through our experiences renting and hosting/managing other vacation rentals, we have built a house suitable for many. We love boating, being on the water, wine tasting and having friends & family over for long weekends – this house allows you to do all that with such great views and a stunning, private pool! Morning coffee overlooking the lake and happy hour with a glass of wine on the deck catching the sunset are two of our most favorite things.
