The home is not brand new, it is 100 years old, which adds to the charm of the property. However it has been completely remodeled and includes all the modern amenities listed. Perfect location with charm

Quiet rooms, plenty of space, 15-20 minute walk to downtown. Small pool table/dining table, lots of books and games besides the arcade room which is obviously awesome. A little mildew smell, but that’s not uncommon for an old home. It’s updated nicely without losing its charm. I would stay here again anytime.
