Newly remodeled, stand alone house in a quiet and friendly neighborhood
thats perfect for an afternoon walk.
Well stocked kitchen, bathroom supplies and extra bedding
The house is only 3 miles from Liberty University and 4 miles from the Lynchburg Airport
The space
Newly remodeled two bedroom one bathroom house that is a stand alone property with a large driveway that can accommodate many vehicles.

Keyless entry makes access easy, a ring video doorbell is located at front door if you need assistance

Large open kitchen that has been stocked well for preparing meals, and a brand new larger table can seat 6 comfortably. Newly added Keurig single pod brewer in addition to traditional coffee pot, coffee and some supplies are provided.

Spacious living room with games to enjoy together and lots of open space in addition to a pull out sofa bed with bedding
Wifi is throughout the house aswell as a smart TV in living room with access to internet TV, Netflix, hulu and local channels via antenna or internet

A short hallway leads to the two bedrooms both with new queen beds complimented with lots of extra pillows and blankets to keep you comfortable.

All necessary toiletries and even some extras are included in the bathroom.

The basement door leads you to the laundry area where we have a washer and dryer along with necessary laundry supplies.
Guest access
Entire house is for guest use, but i do live nearby if you need anything.

This house is perfect for our annual girls trip to Extraordinary Women’s Conference at Liberty University. We love that the living room is large enough for all of us to sit together. Beds are really comfortable.

Cozy place

We really love this little house. It is much more spacious than it looks on the outside. It is clean and I love all the games available. This is such a great location and we feel very safe.

Clean and Comfortable, quiet neighborhood, beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything you would need. It was just what we needed when we were in town for a family wedding at LU. Easy process to reserve, check in and check out. Communication with host was great. Any store or restaurant that you could want/need was only a couple miles away -- we joked that everywhere we went was only 7 mins! Look forward to staying here on future visits to Lynchburg. (added pictures of upstairs renovations)

Charming, Comfy, and Safe

Such a well designed interior! Perfect for 4-6 people. Close to our wedding venue at Sorella Farms. Wish we had more time there. Was a beautiful area and would have loved to explore. Especially appreciated the “cuteness” and the restful vibe of the property. Also the A/C unit the comfy beds upstairs were a blessing during the heatwave!

Very nice house. Clean and comfortable. Good location to Liberty University. Listing needs updated to include no shoe policy and a picture of upstairs bedroom. Host was good with communication of how to check in. Would like to rebook for next year around same time, but not on calendar as available yet.

Perfect place to rest.

This was an adorable little house, in a nice neighborhood. It was a perfect place to rest after a long day at Liberty University for a track meet. We were surprised how peaceful it was even though it is off a busy street. We could get to everything we needed in less than 10 minutes. Was nice to relax in the porch, and the yard with all the big trees made for some fun birdwatching. We definitely recommend staying here and indulging in the ice cream truck around the corner.
