Great house, with everything as described. Pet friendly, comfy beds, great showers, great AC and heat, made breakfast each morning before going out for the day. Convenient location. Went to a concert at GSR, explored lots of thrift shopping, and parks close by. Going to book again for another concert in a few months. Definitely a good location to come back to.
This is the best property to stay at in Reno. The location, the property itself and ease of staying here is perfect. We will always stay here if available.
The staff was very polite and quick to respond to my inquiries. The property was very fun with bocce ball and mini golf in the shared space. The home was delightfully decorated, with really spacious rooms and kitchen area. We really enjoyed our trip!
The house was amazing. Perfect location, clean, quiet and everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay. My only recommendation would be black out curtain in the bedrooms. Other than that it was an amazing stay!
Great place, good location, nice stay. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short because of family matters. Trying to get our facial pictures to the checkin was, however, problematic. Overall, wonderful.
The house is adorable. It was the ideal size for our family of 3. Each bedroom has a king size bed and own bathroom. The outside area is shared with 2 other units. The windows and house are well insulated so if others are outside, the house is still quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to navigate. Overall a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Conveniently Located
We chose this property due to its proximity to our son and nephew's rental near the campus. Urban location but they make it feel secluded (surrounded by high modern fence and surrounding yard has bocce and putting green). High ceilings and two sitting areas were perfect for us and pet.
Lovely cottage, surprisingly great location (walking distance to lots of food options, downtown, and the Riverwalk), close to the highway and airport, and very quiet neighborhood!
Highly recommend this property when visiting Reno. Clean and spacious property with plenty of amenities.
Had difficulty getting in on check-in day because the code provided did not work and had to call the emergency contact number for the correct codes but it all worked out.
Would definitely stay again on our trips back to Reno.

The property was in a nice location. The overall cleanliness of the property could have been better. The main air vent in the dining area needs serious attention. The towels in the bathroom had a mildew smell and were dirty from over use. Suggesting the manager get new towels. We would stay there again because the property is cute and in a good location but the housekeeping needs improvement.
Clean modern space that is well equipped and easily accessible to local restaurants and UNR.
The interactive app that is used by the property manager made accessing information and answering questions about the property incredibly easy and accessible before and during our stay. When we return to Reno we hope to use this property again. And that's the largest endorsement we can offer.
Beautiful clean property in the neighborhood that is 10 minutes walk to downtown
Everything was great with the exception of the thermostat which required an access code. We managed to get a hold of the host and got the access code to turn on the heat!
Comfy towels, bed linens & mattress. Has three large screen TV. Place very clean. Stayed 8 nights in July. Laundry room has two washers/dryers. Close to city, highways, restaurants etc. Could use some casserole dishes and baking items. Bocce and miniature golf was a plus! There are three houses on the property. Parking: 2 spaces on property; otherwise street parking, either works. Very quite neighborhood. 30 mins to Virginia City. Take Route to Carson City then Virginia City, if you want to avoid steep mountains. Walking distance to bar and fast food. Great location! Great stay!

1. The duvets on the beds are very heavy and too warm. There are no blankets here to use instead.2. There are only three dinner plates.3. There is no cookie sheet or pan or tray to use in the oven to heat or cook anything.4. Withholding the door code until two hours before arrival really does not work. In the past I have gotten this information three days ahead from owners. And when we arrived, the front door was unlocked.5. When we arrived, the AC was set at 65 degrees. We had to turn on the heating to avoid freezing.6. I had the impression from the website that there was off street reserved parking plus on-street parking. All I could find was on-street parking.7. This is not a good neighborhood. When we arrived and were unloading the car, three different homeless bums pushed their carts by us. That made us really uneasy about parking our car on the street outside.8. There are no closets or facilities for hanging clothes.9. When I complained to the owner about many of these issues early in our stay, I got crickets.
