It’s just a two-block stroll to Main Street, and you can take the footpath to the seasonal Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs or enjoy a relaxing soak in the on-site communal hot tub as well. Sundowner II Treeline Condo is a wonderful in-town condo close to the slopes!
This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo is fantastic for families and groups of up to eight — and with two bedroom/suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples to share! The living room features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a large sectional couch. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed when you’re not exploring all the nearby dining options downtown! There’s seating for eight at the dining table.
Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for two vehicles. Great condo and great location, so close to the Snowflake lift. Everything was clean and well stocked, and the pictures are accurate. Nice design for a ski place. One note, if three people take showers and one of them is my teenage daughter, there’s not quite enough hot water for the third person.
Fabulous stay at this condo. Very clean, well appointed, comfortable beds and great walkable location to Main Street shops and restaurants. We were super happy with everything & would stay again.

We've stayed at a few VRBOs and this was easily the best so far! Easy process with good communication up front and regular check-ins to make sure everything was good. A lot of though was obviously given to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! The views were excellent and the location was ideal - an easy walk to everything!

It was nice having the gas fireplace during an October visit. We took the short, uphill walk to check out the distance to chairlift. Property management was easy to reach via text.
The condo was perfect for our family! Plenty of space and SO clean! It was so close to downtown Breckenridge and great hiking nearby! Could not have been a better place for us! The property was beautiful and everything we needed was walking distance. We would love to return to see this area in the winter!

The Sundowner II was a wonderful house with all the amenities you’ll need. It was a great location just off the main strip and a few blocks from the Gondola. I’d love to travel back here again soon.
This property is super nice as shown in the pictures and the location is wonderful. You can walk to town, walk to the lift or take the bus. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family. The location in Breckenridge was perfect - an easy 5 minute walk down the hill to city center. The updated features made it very nice as well. I would definitely recommend to friends and family to stay there.
