Relax in this beautiful 3Bed/3 Bath beachfront condo with stunning Gulf views, featuring newly updated furniture throughout to provide a comfortable and spacious space for your family.The condo sleeps up to 11 guests and includes a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed and trundle, a queen bedroom, a king bedroom, and a spacious master suite with a king bed and award-winning Leesa mattress. Bedside lamps and living room lamps include convenient charging stations and USB ports, and new remote-controlled ceiling fans are installed in the bedrooms and living room.
Enjoy breathtaking views from the large beachfront balcony, furnished with four bar-height chairs, two lounge chairs, and a table, perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. The updated kitchen offers granite countertops, modern appliances, and plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. A separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer adds extra convenience during your stay.

Our Vacation Stay at Azure 504.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our overall stay in the area! Enjoyed the restaurant's around us, walking distance to everything we needed was nice! The beach and pool area was amazing! The condo was well furnished with nice furniture! But they need new housekeeping,long black hair in the toilet room of the master,sand and a hand towel left in the sheets of master bed,cabinets over stove was greasy with dust bedded in it. We were grounded one day(3RDDAY) to our condo due to the whole AC unit having to be pulled out and replaced as well as washer and dryer pulled out and replaced, so those things should be good to go for a while. I would recommend the "area" to family. Everyone we dealt with was nice and respectful. Overall our family did have a great time!

We had a great stay in this very spacious condo. It’s in a perfect location to enjoy the slower pace of Fort Walton, or just a quick drive to the Destin Harbor Boardwalk. The building was quiet and everyone was helpful.

Over all a good place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to find a mostly clean condo but found that the comforter and pillow cases in the master bedroom were a bit on the dirty side. We requested new items but were told they didn't have extras for comforters, so we took them off the bed and used some extra blankets found in the closet for the entire week. One of the toilets didn't flush but was an easy fix. The view was great and the condo had enough space for 8 people comfortably. Beach access was easy and the 2 pools were very nice. Get up early to reserve your pool chairs....they were all taken very early each day.

The only negative point I feel I have to make is that the umbrella set up/beach space is less than desirable. I have stayed at various condos in Fort Walton which have umbrella/chair set up services; however, I have never stayed at one which allowed set ups in front on the condo umbrella/chair set ups. Despite having a front row set up of three umbrellas/chairs, others set up their personal umbrellas a chairs directly in front of us which is not allowed at other condos and created a tight space which I did not expect on the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in various Azure condos for previous vacations, and it is one of our favorite beach locations! We loved the 5th floor view! The condo accommodated all of us well, especially with the extra bunk bed room for the kids. The decor could use some updating (scratches on the furniture), as well as a fresh coat of paint on the walls. Issues with one shower not working due to corrosion,one dirty shower, and some slimy residue on a night stand were quickly attended to by maintenance and cleaning crew. Access to a seafood market across the street and great restaurants close by enhanced our dining options. The pools were heated and well maintained. The included umbrella and chairs made the beach experience perfect!

We have so many convenient ways to communicate with us including our app, email and our staff is in the office and ready to answer the phone 7 days a week between 8:30am - and 5 pm local time. We wish we were able to correct these issues while you were here and make your vacation better. We hope you will come back to see how awesome this condo truly is.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very old furniture, needs to be updated. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. it did not look at all what the pictures looked like. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED.....I THINK I DESERVE A REFUND FOR PART OF THE STAY..I HOPE THAT WHOEVER OWNS CONDO WILL UPDATE OR TAKE MORE PICTURES OF THE WAY IT LOOKS BEFORE SOMEONE SPENDS THIS AMT OF MONEY ON VACATION.. I WOULD RECOMMEND AZURE BUT NOT THIS CONDO.

We are disappointed to learn that your recent stay at our property did not meet the expectations you had. It is sad to learn that we fell short of our standards of service and accommodations that one would expect from a resort with our history of excellence.
