Alternatively, you can dine comfortably at the spacious table that accommodates six. The living area beckons you with two plush sofas arranged in front of a large screen TV, providing a perfect spot to unwind after a bustling day of exploration.

Retreat to the master bedroom, where a luxurious king-sized bed adorned with Key Views Signature linen awaits, promising utmost comfort and coziness that might tempt you to linger a bit longer in the mornings. The guest bedroom offers an oversized double bed also furnished with Key Views Signature linen. Both bedrooms boast ample wardrobe space and provide access to the balcony, allowing you to relish the surroundings throughout your stay.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however, additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours' notice upon request. It is a self-contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not provided. There is high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
