Resort like sanctuary on St Kilda Hill approx 5km from the city, 1.5km to Albert Park Lake (Grand Prix). Five bedroom fully equipped private residence with secure underground carpark. Facilities include; open plan kitchen and living room, large alfresco entertaining area, pool and pool house, cinema room, wood fired oven, formal dining room, private study, basketball ring, etc. Everything you could ever want in a home.

NO WEEKEND STAYS, PARTIES, WEDDINGS, PHOTO SHOOT. STRICT 1 WEEK MINIMUM.

We are located in a quite pocket of St Kilda, with easy access to St Kilda beach, Chapel Street entertainment precinct, Melbourne City and Albert Park Lake.

You have access to the entire home (excluding cellar), including a weekly cleaning service for stays greater than 7 days.

Fabulous home. Lovely, large rooms and fully stocked kitchen in the heart of Saint Kilda. Easily walkable to the beach, Melbourne’s Central business District and numerous large parks nearby.
