About this property
Mountain top farm house with Sauna!
Stunning Farmhouse with (elect) Sauna, Mountain Views, grazing horses, full kitchen, wood stove and 3 awesome bedrooms with indoor gym.
5 min from Minnewaska State park and 1 hr from ski resorts.
The pricing and availability if only for the month of March, and its a 2 week min.
The space
This is a beautiful old farm formerly owned/ occupied by The Fonz (Remember him?? Henry Winkler? Happy Days??)
Lovingly restored by hand and brought back to its former agricultural glory.
Hand cut heavy beams, wood floors, seasonal hot tub, full season on demand sauna, stunning views, close to fantastic restaurants, full kitchen, awesome master bedroom and ensuite bathroom (river pebble shower floor and clawfoot tub)
3 rooms plus a few yummy sofas.
Guest access
Pretty much everything except the wine cellar!
Other things to note
Minnewaska and the Gunks are minutes away for hiking biking swimming.
We have a woodstove but also regular heat. And ac in the summer in the bedrooms.
