Premium Villa - private pool, large garden, seaside town

Completely renovated and refurnished, it offers full comforts for 8 persons across its 170sm and two floors – including 4 bedrooms (all double-bed) and 3.5 bathrooms, a modern fully-equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living areas. Several large terraces (accessible from bedrooms) offer seaviews of Krk bay, as well as of nearby islands of Rab and Cres. Outside, on our 1.000 sqm lot, we have large Mediterranean garden and a private pool nested among olive and fig trees, lavander and sage. Also outside, a roofed dining terrace and a stone-built fireplace/barbecue provide excellent setting for relaxation and socializing. The parking lot accommodates 2 cars.

The villa is in a most convenient location – the center of town with its numerous restaurants, shops and bars, as well as beautiful waterfront promenade, is only 700m away. The nearest beach is less than 1km away, an easy 15-min walk. In the immediate vicinity of the villa – within 100m distance – there are a convenience store, a neighborhood coffee bar, and an excellent restaurant with traditional Mediterranean food. All this is easily accessible within short walking distances.

IMPORTANT - Our capacity is 6 adults + 2 children under 15. No more than 6 adults can be accommodated. Our 4th bedroom offered for kids has full size double bed 160x200cm, but does not have a TV and does not have an air conditioning device.

We had a great stay in this immaculately clean & spacious home. The house is roomy & bright with all modern appliances and furnishings. It is approximately a 12 minute walk to the Krk center, close enough to walk & yet far enough away that your aren't bothered by the music from the center at night. The host, Igor, was super helpful & responded to questions immediately. Check in & check out went easily & smoothly, especially when I changed my check out time at the last minute. Highly recommend this home!

Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir sind als Gruppe (5 Paare) nach Krk gereist. Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. 5 gut ausgestattete Schlafzimmer und Bäder sowie eine große Küche und traumhafte Außenanlage haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem Nachbarn (der uns in Empfang genommen hat) war einfach und angenehm. Um das Haus herum ist nicht viel los - aber das war für uns perfekt, so konnten wir unsere Musikbox ab und an auch mal etwas lauter drehen und keiner hat sich am lauten Getöse von unseren Poolschlachten gestört gefühlt. Wir haben es bedauert das Ferienhaus nur eine Woche gebucht zu haben...

Tolles Haus mit großem Pool, Meerblick, super Service

Haus ist sehr geräumig. Zu elft hatten wir viel Platz und konnten unseren Urlaub auf der schattigen Terrasse und im großen Pool genauso wie an den Stränden der Umgebung genießen. Die Kinder waren kaum aus dem Pool zu kriegen. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Die Straße hat uns nicht gestört. Bei kleineren Problemen wurde sofort und sehr freundlich reagiert und das Problem behoben.

Lovely Villa in the fantastic town Krk

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa. We were 6 adults and two small children of 2 years and 5 years and we all enjoyed the place. The villa is well equiped, clean and spaceous. The garden is well-kept and the pool perfect. The villa is located within 10 mins walk from the town center, close to several supermarkets and has a fantastic ocean view. There are also several nearby beaches to choose between. We were well recieved at our arrival and the house-holder was very pleasent and helpful. We really recommend this accommodation and the town of Krk!

Wonderful stay in gigantic villa

We had such a nice stay in Igor's house. Really really spacious (considering we were only three !!) and convenient. It was very clean and well equipped. Great spot for exploring Krk and Cres island. The town center is at 10-12 min on foot. There is a nice ocean view on the second floor and a lovely Mediterranean garden. His neighbor showed us everything upon our arrival and Igor was there at our departure. We really recommend this accommodation. Thank you for all your assistance, Igor!

großes, sauberes Haus mit schönem Pool

Wir waren heuer zum 2. Mal da. Uns waren 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (zw. 4 und 12). Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, voll ausgestattet (sogar mit Waschmaschine). Bei Problemen konnte man den Nachbar Ivan jederzeit erreichen und man bekommt sofort Hilfe. Der Garten mit Pool ist echt super und groß genug. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Es sind ca. 10 Gehminuten in die Stadt. Dort gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten einzukaufen und essen zu gehen. Ein größeres Geschäft (Plodine) ist auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Der Konzum mit dem Auto in 5 Min. Strände sind zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto leicht erreichbar. Sowohl die Stadt als auch die Strände sind sehr sauber. Auch werden schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten angeboten (U-Boot fahren, Speedboot, Tagesausflüge). Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Wenns für uns alle wieder passt, kommen wir bestimmt wieder.

Urlaub mit einer gemischten Reisegruppe (Schweiz)

Die beiden Verwalter haben uns bereits am ersten Tag freudig in Empfang genommen und dabei auch gleich das schöne Haus bei einem Rundgang gezeigt. Sowohl innen als auch aussen gab es nichts zu bemängeln, da rund um das Haus keine direkten Nachbarhäuser liegen, konnten wir auch unsere Musik ohne Beschwerden jeglicher Art geniessen. Obwohl vor uns fast ausschliesslich Familien vor Ort waren (gemäss den Bewertungen) können wir abschliessend auch als junge, gemischte Gruppe dieses Haus von Ivan und Igor weiterempfehlen. Das einzige was gerade für junge Gruppen mit gewissem Drang zum ausgehen zu sagen ist: In der Stadt Krk läuft nicht wirklich viel (2-3 Bars, einen kleinen Club). Wenn man aber einen erholsamen und lustigen Urlaub unter sich planen möchte, ist man hier bestimmt an der richtigen Adresse! Zum Land selbst brauchen wir nichts zu sagen, wie immer wunderschön und die Leute sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke nochmals!

Super Ferien

Alle Angaben stimmten mit dem Online-Inserat überein und übertrafen unsere Erwartungen! Das Haus war bei der Übergabe sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es war eine gute und freundliche Betreuung (sogar ein Wein als Willkommensgeschenk ;-) ). Die Villa werde ich jedem meiner Freunden/Bekannten weiterempfehlen, es waren echt super Ferien. Wir waren 8 junge Leute und auch als es mal in der Nacht etwas lauter wurde, herrschte grosse Toleranz. Der Pool wurde sogar gereinigt. Man merkte es wurde alles richtig gepflegt und gehegt :-)! Absoluter Favorit! An der Küste bieten sich viele Wassersport- und sonstige Freizeitaktivitäten an. Ca. 10 min. Fahrzeit mit dem Auto, befindet sich eine Wakeboardanlage. Und das Städtchen an sich ist ein sehr schönes mit vielen kleinen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage der Villa ist Ansichtssache, für uns war es perfekt. Der Verkehr an der Strasse ist kaum hörbar, und die Strasse ist nur wenig befahren.

Erstklassiger Urlaub

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und bietet Alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Wir waren 10 Personen und die Ausstattung hat vollkommen ausgereicht. Der Betreuer hat sich auch immer gemeldet wenn es Problemchen (Ausfall einer Stromsicherung) gab und war stets sofort zur Stelle. Alles war gepflegt und sehr sauber und der Pool war eine wunderbare Ergänzung. Einziger kleiner Manko war das inkludierte WLAN, dass nicht mit unserem Datenhunger mithalten konnte ;-) Sehr zum empfehlen ist auch das Restaurant schräg gegenüber, das definitiv die besten Pizzen in der Stadt hat!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir reisten mit 10 Erwachsenen an und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen, man hat einen kleinen Market direkt vor der Haustüre. Zur Altstadt Krk sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten. Die Organisation durch den Vermieter war perfekt. Auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter bietet das Haus alle Annehmlichkeiten. Bestimmt kommen wir mal wieder.

Excellent stay at Villa Magdalena in KRK

Igor and Ivan made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. The property is clean comfortable and convenient for 12 persons. It is perfectly located and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and updated. Our family highly reccommends this vacation property!

Geräumiges Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage

Das geräumige Haus war ideal für uns drei Familien mit je 2 Kindern zwischen 5 und 8 Jahren. Die Kinder fühlten sich wohl und hatten immer genügend Platz zum Spielen - draußen, am Pool und auch bei schlechtem Wetter im großen Wohnzimmer. Haus, Garten und Pool sind in ordentlichem Zustand und sauber. Auf Fragen und kleine Beanstandungen wurde von Seiten des Vermieters schnell und zuverlässig reagiert. Was uns etwas störte, war die Straße, die man von unserem Schlafzimmer aus bei geöffnetem Fenster ziemlich laut hört, aber man gewöhnt sich mit der Zeit daran... Auf alle Fälle ist das Domizil empfehlenswert und wir würden auch wieder dort wohnen wollen, wenn wir nochmal nach Krk fahren. Auch der Ort Krk ist für einen Urlaub auf der Insel ideal, man wohnt zentral und erreicht alles in maximal einer halben Stunde. Außerdem ist das Städtchen sehr hübsch mit den Altstadt-Gässchen und dem malerischen Hafen. Man erreicht alles gut zu Fuß vom Haus aus, auch den "Stadtstrand", und wenn man 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Campingplatz fährt, kann man nach kurzem Fußmarsch sehr hübsche kleine Badebuchten erreichen. Gegenüber vom Haus gibt es ein gutes Lokal wo die Pizza ebensogut schmeckt wie die gemischte Fischplatte. Mehrere Supermärkte sind schnell erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es viele kleine Geschäfte in denen man schön einkaufen kann und einige sehr gute Restaurants mit angemessenem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Wunderschön

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Erwachsenen (Familie und Freunde) aus Bern/Schweiz. Das Haus ist super gross und schön eingerichtet. Viel Platz. Die 5 Badezimmer sind ideal. Der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele in ganz naher Umgebung (zu Fuss oder 2 Minuten mit dem Auto). Die hübsche Altstadt und der Hafen sind in 10 Minuten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wenn etwas nicht funktioniert, kann man den netten Nachbarn I. um Hilfe bitten. Danke. Das Haus können wir sehr empfehlen und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Klasse!

Wir waren als Gruppe von 6 Kindern (9 Monate -17 Jahre) und 4 Erwachsenen in der Villa Magdalena in Krk. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sauber, gepflegt und komplett ausgestattet. Von Küchenutensilien bis zur Waschmaschine ist alles vorhanden. Der Garten ist schön und gepflegt, der Pool groß und sauber. Die Betreuung vor Ort war vorbildlich. Bei kleineren Problemen war der Herr vor Ort immer sofort zur Stelle und hat die Kleinigkeiten zusammen mit dem Eigentümer im Nu beseitigt. Alles in allem kann man sowohl Krk als Urlaubsziel als auch die Villa Magdalena nur empfehlen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und kommen sicher wieder!

Beautiful house and fantastic stay.

We were a group of 12 people, aged between 19 and 24 years. We stayed there for one week. At our arrival we were heartly welcomed by the owner and he showed us around. Everything was fantastic - the house, the garden, the pool, the bedrooms. Also the location of the house is very good. It's a 15 minutes walk to the harbour of Krk with several city beaches, and it's a 10 minutes drive by car to other beaches with less people in villages nearby. The house is located in a quiet area with nice neighbours, and in front of the house there's a small supermarket - perfect for grocery shopping for the breakfast or a trip to the beach. For shopping bigger amounts of groceries there's a huge supermarket 5 minutes away by car. We were very satisfied and pleased with our stay at the house and would highly recommend this house, either to families or for vacations with friends.
