Family room has a sofa sleeper, Roku TV, a foosball table, ping pong table, and some games. The large, peaceful backyard (shared with homeowner) has a large patio with dining set, grill, large grass area, basketball standard and pad, and amazing views! Laundry room on site. Free access to a local gym.
