The perfect Condo, for families and friends,the apartment has Internet, air conditioning in all rooms, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for 7 people. It also has 3 pools, 2 of which are infinity pools,green areas a peaceful sanctuary to rest and relax with Friends and Family, third level.

IMPORTANT: The 20 Litre Water Jug is connected to the refrigerator to produce cold water and ice, it must always reach a special line before emptying and then be replaced before it is emptied, failure to do so may cause the filter pump to malfunction and a repair cost of up to 3000 mxn that guest must need to cover if they were responsible.
Mosquito nets must only be used if completely necessary, prices for replace are high and can be charged to guests if happened during the stay.
Only parking for one car.
More cars have a fine of 500 mxn each and are subject to availability (20 -December- 10- January extra parking spots not available)
