Excellently updated property with questionable location

This property gets high marks on all fronts except one, the location. It is on the second floor of a shopping strip at an intersection with traffic lights. If you’re someone who can fall asleep under noises, this place is of great value, bargain even. If you’re not, then maybe it’s not for you. To elaborate, with traffic lights, you get to hear motorcycles and cars ramp up from the first gear loudly. I think the price has factored in the noise issue, especially given how modern it looks.
