The uniquely decorated 8 bedroom villa, all with their mixture of Thai and Chinese style, create an opulent setting inside the Villa.

Outside there is a large sun terrace and beautifully landscaped gardens, complete with sun beds to soak up the sun and poolside shower, leading to an 10 x 5 metre infinity edged pool with integral Jacuzzi. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing another dining table and BBQ, making it ideal for al fresco dining.

With great attention to detail it is tastefully furnished with a mixture of contemporary furniture, Chinese antiques, Asian artworks and Thai silks which complement the rich wooden flooring throughout the whole upstairs living area.

For entertainment, Emerald Villa offers a pool table and table tennis table. Additionally, for the health conscious, the games room is complete with 2 pieces of gym equipment.

Accommodation comprises 8 bedrooms, all en-suite over two levels, therefore readily accommodating 16+ people.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king-sized four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobes and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and oval bath. The master bedroom also has a sofa bed suitable for two children.

A second en-suite bedroom, with twin beds, is located on the same floor, potentially suitable for younger children needing to be closer to their parents.

The first bedroom with a four poster king size bed, with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the swimming pool and sun deck.

A second king size suite is a spacious room with a king size bed, with another bedroom off this room comprising of a set of bunk beds (two single beds above each other) suitable for two children - all sharing a private family bathroom.

A "middle" queen size bedroom is located in the centre of the villa, again opening directly onto the sundeck and with swimming pool access, also with a private en suite bathroom.

The last two bedrooms offer a queen size bed in one room and twin beds in the other bedroom, these both share a "Jack & Jill" en-suite bathroom, so again bedrooms suitable for a family.

Returning upstairs, you will find the large main living room with 60" flat screen SMART TV, with cable TV. A sofa/day bed, accommodating one person, can be set up in this living room upon request. Moving outside you can sit and relax or dine outside at the 12-seater dining table under the cover of the large balcony, taking in the vast open views.

The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while you wait for the drinks to chill.
