The property features a fairly level lot, with a natural lawn leading to the sandy beach with a gradual entry. Hogan Pond doesn't have a public boat launch, but there are ample opportunities to explore in the provided single kayak, double kayak, paddle boat, and row boat. After a fun-filled day on the water, enjoy the convenience of having shops, restaurants, and the Oxford Casino nearby. There's so much to do at this cozy cottage - you won't want to leave!
