AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

Welcome to our charming condo in the heart of Cinnamon Shore's Town Center! This 2nd floor one bedroom condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. The laid back condo features ship-lap wood work and soft coastal colors, 10 ft ceilings, tile flooring, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a stocked kitchen! Adorable built-in extra small bunk beds in the hallway allow for additional sleeping perfect for kids. Board games are included for family game nights and smart TV for movies. A Town Center facing balcony is the perfect place to sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunset or a glass of wine after a long day on the beach!

Golf cart, beach chair, bike, and more rentals are just a phone call away as part of the services offered at Cinnamon Shore. Just a few minutes away is the quaint little town of Port A where bay and deep sea fishing trips may be chartered or spend a day shopping at the eclectic boutiques all around. Don't forget all of our amenities and shopping within the Cinnamon Shore community. Three resort-style pools, 2 fishing lakes, community fire pit, beautiful green spaces with multiple lawn games and equipment, gift shops, play areas and gym are all included with your Cinnamon Shore rental. The dining experiences of Dylan's Coal Fire Pizzeria, Coffee Waves Cafe, or Lisabella's Fine Dining Bistro are all on-site for our guests. C bar cafe in Kiera's infinity pool offers wonderful meals that can be enjoyed poolside or on the lake deck overlook, they also deliver to the Cinnamon Shore beach chair sets Gulf side . You will never be lacking for things to do while vacationing at beautiful Cinnamon Shore!

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Nautical Launch is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Nautical Launch the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

We had the best time! It was our first time at cinnamon shores and we will definitely be back. We loved everything that was on the property. All the restaurants were fantastic. Especially liked that you could order food and drinks at the beach. The evening/night entertainment was fun. And all the pools were clean and maintained. Can’t say enough good things.

Last minute trip

We booked a last minute trip for Mother’s Day, and it was so great! We had an issue with the dryer it was fixed right away! My husband and I stayed with our two small children, it was perfect for a quick trip!

This specific property was nice and very clean but upon further inspection just needs a little TLC/updates. The sheets were a little scratchy, the furniture was a little uncomfortable, you could see nicks and scratches on the walls from previous stays, and some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty and needed a wash. You could just see the little wear and tear in person that you can't see in the pictures. It wasn't enough to dampen our visit and overall it was still pretty clean and you can't beat the Cinnamon Shores property and amenities.

Its small and beautiful. We spend every spring break here for the last five years. This year, no heated pools, the elevators were not working in the condo we stayed in. Having no elevator for our stay was extremely difficult as we had to carry everything up the stairs!! Also, they had zero activities scheduled for the kids. No more s'mores by the large pit, no movie night, no sandcastle making--nothing!

Other than those issues everything else was lovely. Would definitely come back.

The mini bunks in the hallway are a wonderful adventure for the little ones but far enough for some privacy in the bedroom/bathroom. I was able to make breakfast and dinner every day (and a birthday cake) in the kitchen and had everything I needed to do so! Lovely! We could see the town center green very well from the balcony and there's even a peek of the bay and the pretty sunset. My kids clogged the sink and the maintenance team was there is 30 minutes to fix it and the lady on the phone was lovely. This place is amazing and we will be back. Our trip this time was so short I don't think we really got to experience the whole community yet.

Less than stellar

Upon arrival neither of our keys worked and the keypad wouldn’t work the entire stay…. Locking us out while we went to get new keys… lock needs to be replaced/repaired. Lamp and decor were broken and leaning. Smelled funny and bathroom smelled of mildew. My son fell and broke his clavicle on day 3 of our stay cutting it short. He needs surgery so we had to leave the next morning. We had 3 nights left to our stay. Propert said they couldn’t do anything to refund our last 3 nights… this is a very expensive high end resort costing well above what it’s worth… They only sort of made it right after a very intense and uncomfortable phone conversation…. We have stayed here before but after this we will not be back… terrible customer service. Way too $$$ for what you get and in an emergency they do nothing to help you. Very disappointed

Wonderful for families!

This is our 2nd stay at Cinnamon Shores, and our first at this particular condo. We adored it! The kids LOVED the bunk beds, I loved the kitchen, and everyone enjoyed the ample space for family dinners, and movie/game nights. The kitchen was well stocked (ninja, coffee machine, crockpot, knives, etc.) the beds were comfy, and the space was perfect for our family. (2 adults, 6 and 7 year old) Lots of space for storage, and lots of extra linens. The patio overlooks the main CS areas, and is a great place to munch on a s'more, and watch the sunset...or have coffee with the sunrise. The shipt shopper had no problem finding the place, and saved us a ton of time so we could get out on the beach. I'm going to try and book this same condo next year. Thank you Cinnamon Shores!

The unit is on the second floor so there was a bit of noise from above but not bad. It was very clean and a great location. Both onsite Restaurants are very good. We didn't cook, but the kitchen looked well stocked. The closet could use a few extra hangers (there were only 2) but other than that, I highly recommend Cinnamon Shores and wouldn't hesitate to come back and bring our grandsons to stay in the cute hall bunks. Note: The only bathroom is through the bedroom.
