Very convenient to everything we wanted to see, location was a little industrial and there was road work happening nearby, but otherwise was great! The neighborhood bookstore and coffee are really nice nearby.
This property was a very clean comfortable space for our stay! We had a bit of a rocky start the first couple of days but no fault of the owner. Things happen or are not caught by cleaning crew. Sarah was super responsive and gracious about taking care of everything! Even though it was a very industrial area, we never felt unsafe and things are locked and gated very well. Loved that there was parking! Many properties I looked at were in neighborhoods that you needed to find your own street parking. That is no easy feat in this city. Be aware there is noise both day and night from the shipyard but we acclimated. Another huge plus is how close you are to most everything you want to see or do. We rarely drove more than 10min. The rooftop patio and new, very clean hot tub was a great place to relax on a chilly evening.
