This traditional teakwood building, which was once the home of a nobleman, was disassembled and transported from a small town in central Java, famous for its intricately carved woodwork. The house presides over a serene water garden and is entered via a set of wooden steps.

Guests choosing the Gladak as a private one-bedroom option have exclusive and sole access to the spa and its adjacent free form swimming pool. The SPA presents another example of a delightful old timber building from Java. It incorporates just one room and is furnished with twin massage beds, offering pampering treatments and traditional spa rituals and therapies, which are designed to be shared by couples, yet can be enjoyed by singles. The shelves overflow with essential oils and natural products. The spa is positioned next to the freeform swimming pool in a secluded private section of the magical gardens.
