About this property

5 minutes to Lagoon and Station Park! Private Guest Suite in Excellent Location

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Includes the entire walk-out basement with mountain views, a completely private space with a full bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes an oven, range, garbage disposer, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.

We are about a five minute drive to Lagoon Amusement Park, and you can also easily walk to Station Park with great dining, shopping, cinema, and Western Sports Park. Our location offers easy access to I15 and a short drive to some of the world's greatest ski resorts such as Park City, Alta, and Snowbird.

We have three young children. We also have a sweet seven-year-old golden retriever. We are all good sleepers but we live on the main levels above and you may occasionally hear children making noise or the dog barking during your stay.

To get to the rental space (our walk-out basement) , you walk a short distance through the back yard - we don't yet have a path installed back there so if you're concerned about walking through grass that could be wet or snowy depending on the weather, this may not be the best place for you to stay.

Private double doors entrance. Check yourself in with the smart lock. Please no more than two adults and three children. When you book, please tell us a little bit about what brings you to town!

My wife, son and I visited for a weekend to explore the Farmington area. Everything was very clean and tidy. We really appreciated that we were able to use the pack and play for our boy. Communication was great and check-in was smooth. Highly recommend as a great option if visiting Farmington area!

Home away from Home

Fantastic place to stay. Was right where we needed to be at the sports complex and right across the interstate from Lagoon. Lots of places to eat and great shops all close by. Very clean and comfortable space. Well appointed. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Could hear kids now and then, but nothing that bothered any of us. It was endearing, really. And they let us love on their dog, which was a bonus as I was missing my own dogs at home. We will stay here again should the opportunity present itself.

This is a great property for a family with older teens and young adults. There are several different rooms to sleep in, and it was very clean. We especially enjoyed the large couches. It was very easy to communicate with the host.

Great Farmington Location

This basement property was perfect for our stay in Farmington. It is close to great shopping and restaurants as well as easy access to the highway. The location was safe and quiet and we would happily stay here again. We were even greeted with homemade lemon bars and a welcome note. Because it is a basement, you can hear some noise from the level above but nothing that bothered us.

Beautiful place!!!

What a beautiful place and neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shopping. Minutes away from Salt Lake City. The place was spotless and had clear instructions. More than enough space for two couples. The beds were very comfortable especially after a long day of travel. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will absolutely stay here again if I find myself in this area again.
