My family and I stayed for a mini vacation and everything was great! The house was clean and just as pictured! The host was responsive to my questions and super helpful! Everything was perfect and we would love to stay again!

Dance competition/ Disney park

The overall stay was good, minus the bbq grill needed fixing (it was repaired)the iron didn’t work, the washer didn’t work, the operation cost of the hot tub wasn’t explained clearly, some of the TV’s in the bedrooms never worked properly, but once me and my party made adjustments we enjoyed our stay.

Under the Sea Villa

Under the Sea was the perfect house for our family. The house was well stocked for any of your cooking needs. Multiple areas for gathering. The children enjoyed the themed rooms, movie room and the gaming room. Honestly the only bad thing was we could not stay longer!

Everyone loved it

The house was wonderful, we had 15 people and everyone had a perfect place to sleep. The Champions “water park” restaurant/bar was a short 4 minute walk. Adults and kids loved the lazy river. The whole family loved the game room “in the garage”. Had TV’s all over, movie room, large kitchen and great pool.

Family Vacation

The house was really nice however the floor in the kitchen was embarrassing. Huge broken floor "covered" by a rug? My eldery mother nearly triped a dozen times just using the kitchen. For that price and the amount of money the home must make it should have been corrected when it happened. The property manager was helpful but we were never asked how many cars we would be taking during the stay so there was confusion on getting access at the gate. The pool was filthy and looked like it was a long time since it was cleaned. I enjoyed being away and we are grateful for the opportunity to stay and I would never leave a negative review however I think that someone needs to really go over the home and freshen it up

Great place for family memories

We rented this house for a family get together to celebrate the life of my grandfather. The house is not short on space and had plenty to do. The only reason our stay was not a 5 star, was due to the neighborhood gates. The security gates are more strict to get through then a military base and this difficult process to entry the neighborhood in the evenings would create very long line to get back home. Not the mention the staff working the gate are not friendly or kind. We mostly only had a problem with it on the weekend evenings, so if your staying during the week or returning to the house during the day you would not have any problems. Kids rooms are very cute and well done and the none theme rooms give a great balance for all family members.

Don't Stay Here!

Very poor check in. No code for access until we arrived. Claimed had no note of guest names but I was asked for this by email whilst I was in the air from UK!! Security gate had no clearance for us. Having travelled for 20 hours with 2 small children this was worst check-in ever!!. Management company awful. Pool was dirty. Tumble dryer was broken. Insufficient cutlery for number of guests. Dirty areas. 1 tea towel. Broken ping pong bats and ball. Ball throwing game broken. All this was reported but took days to respond and we were 4 days without a tumble dryer. Insufficient hot water for all to shower daily - reported this to be told tank quite small and to wait for it reheating!! I very rarely leave poor reviews as I like to pay a high rate for higher quaility. Stay away from this one as it's not well managed and needs an upgrade!! We were also charged more than we should have been and I'm still chasing this overpayment.

This was one of the worst rental experiences we’ve had.The home was not clean on arrival despite a high cleaning fee. Appliances were also dated and not functioning properly. The dishwasher did not clean dishes, the washer left grease stains on clothing, and the dryer required multiple cycles to get anything dry.The most serious issue was the ice maker. The ice tasted like coconut, and we later discovered a shredded alcoholic beverage pouch inside. Our children had already used the ice in their drinks before we realized what it was. We had to remove it and throw everything out ourselves. No one from the host ever came to address this.We also reported a broken pool light early in the stay, sent photos, and were told someone would come. No one ever did. Without a working pool light, it was not safe for our kids to swim at night, which took away a major part of the vacation.After checkout, the host claimed someone had serviced the property during our stay. Our group of 11 was there essentially the entire time, and no one came. No proof of any visit was ever provided.The resolution offered did not reflect what actually happened.If you stay here, do not assume issues will be handled if something goes wrong.
