Walking outside onto the screened in porch, the first thing you hear is the waves crashing on the rocks. Its similar to hearing the ocean and its so peaceful. That was the it factor for this condo when we were looking to purchase! You get great sunrises and sunsets but have shade through the hottest time of the day!
