Perfect stay at Bolton Valley

Jason‘s apartment was exactly as described and very well stocked. It could not be better located in the resort. So easy! He responded immediately anytime we contacted him. Can’t wait to visit again.

Fall Trip

We spent 3 nights in the first week of October. This condo is very comfortable and well equipped. Very nice view from the deck. Great location for exploring Burlington, Stowe, etc. Jason responded almost immediately to questions we had after checking in. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.

Family Vermont Weekend

My sister and I were in Vermont to visit our brother. The condo is definitely cozy and very comfortable. It was small, but it had everything we needed. The bed and couch were both comfortable, the shower was amazing, and the views from the balcony were beautiful. The bathroom was well stocked with shampoos, lotions, and many thoughtful extras. The kitchen also provided some staples like spices, teas, and even yogurt. In the resort complex there is a small grocery, a restaurant for breakfast, and a bar/tavern where we enjoyed dinner one night.

A place to stay

It's a room. Didn’t spend much time there other than to sleep and shower. We didn’t figure out the A/C..there was ducktape over the control cover so we left it alone..thankfully the temp outside was mild. Overall..it was nice and served our purpose. Price was affordable. I'd stay afain.

A good value

The accommodation was neat, very clean, even amusing, roomy and comfortable for the two of us. The photos describe it accurately. Jason responded immediately to our query about checking out. I suspect he'd be of help with anything you might need. Anyone here for biking or skiing, spending the whole day, would find it a perfect value. We missed some items we have normally found in vacation rentals, like a coffee maker, washcloths, some kitchen staples, but we were happy with the accommodation. The description should mention that parking for the unit is quite aways down the hill in the communal lot.

Bolton February 2024

The place was as mentioned in the website. The place was clean with extra towels for the 5 nights we stayed. We were happy for the big screen smart tv so kids were able to watch their cartoons while taking a break from snowboarding. I do have to mention that the aroma that was being used in the room was not very preferable for us, at the beginning feeling as I was walking into and Indian restaurant..( don’t get me wrong, I love Indian food 😊, but to smell it in a bedroom, not my favorite place) The host was prompt when I needed to reach out to him. Excellent speed on the response.

Originally from NYC, I moved up to Vermont in 2014 to go to school and never looked back. My second year in school I worked for Vermont Adaptive at Bolton Valley, as a Ski/Snowboard instructor for folks with disabilities. I immediately fell in love with Bolton and knew right then and there that I needed to have a place here someday. I love to ski and snowboard every day of the winter, it is the one thing that keeps me sane during the long VT winters. More than anything, I just love being outside, whether that's hiking, camping, climbing, fishing, biking, literally anything that gets me active and helps me connect with nature. I also love doing that for others- showing someone a new trail, taking them camping for the first time, or helping them to achieve a personal goal in the mountains. I now get to that through renting out my space so others get the opportunity to experience the magic that I experienced my first-time and every time since then at Bolton Valley.

Why they chose this property

After multiple life changes, grad school and Covid, I finally got my opportunity to achieve my dream of owning a place at Bolton, and purchased this lovely little condo so I could always be right next to the slopes. I lived in this Condo while I was fixing it up and it was an absolute dream to be right on the mountain every day. I now live nearby and am able to rent out so that others get to appreciate the joy of being up on the mountain. Bolton has such an amazing family vibe, everyone is friendly, kind, helpful and a blast to be around! In the summer, everyone is hiking around, playing disc golf or hitting their insane bike trails. It's one big summer party! And in the winter, the place is a skiing-gem, a beautiful hidden landscape tucked away between Burlington and Stowe. The terrain here is unmatched and the atmosphere makes it worth every penny. Avoid big lines, find unridden tree-trails and my favorite, explore the backcountry. Bolton has everything you need and more, and the fact that it's got the highest base elevation in VT, is just an added bonus of being up on the mountain.

What makes this property unique

Ski in/Ski out has always been a dream of mine, and in my unit, you could not be any closer. This condo overlooks Bolton's famous Wilderness lift, and gives you immediate access to the slopes simply by walking downstairs. Easily check the conditions every morning by poking your head out on the porch. You can enjoy the Hotel amenities and make your way over to the base lodge or the Rec Center for some added fun. And as a year-round resort, the summer activities keep the fun alive 365 days a season!
