The property was in a very vibrant neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. It is centrally located in the city allowing you to get everywhere with a walk or Uber. The check-in was very easy and the hosts explained everything I needed to know about the unit and the surrounding area. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment in Bs As.

Excellent apartment and location

Great 2 level penthouse apartment with stunning views. Located in safe modern building in Palermo. The building had an impressive gym and very nice heated swimming pool for relaxing or swimming laps. The host, Ralf, greeted us when we arrived, oriented to the apartment and answered all of our questions. Was a great stay!

Fantastic Apartment above Buenos Aires!

Our experience was amazing! Ralf was there for us when we arrived, checked us in and shared local tips and tricks to help us navigate the city. After our orientation chat we felt confident were ready to experience Buenos Aires. If we had any questions along the way, Ralf was always there to help us. The views from this place were jaw dropping - we never tired of seeing the city views , or the BA sunsets! The entire building and apartment were very secure and well maintained. My partner swam in the pool every morning, and we even accessed the Fully-equipped rooftop gym a couple of times while there. If you are planning a visit to Buenos Aires, this is the place for you!

Séjour très agréable dans ce bel appartement situé au 25e étage avec une spectaculaire vue sur le nord ouest (?) de la ville. Nous avons été très agréablement reçus par Ralf qui nous a rapidement mis au courant de tout ce qu'il fallait savoir et nous a laissé toute la liberté pendant notre séjour. Piscine pratique bien que souvent à l'ombre. Salle de fitness avec une vue encore plus grandiose. Tout pour plaire et nos séjour fur excellent.

The whole experience was great, beginning with Marcelo who took a lot of time to introduce me to the apartment, to explain how everything works and to give tips about eating, transportation, etc. The space has been utilized to the max, the closet space is more than generous. Soap, toilet paper, salt and pepper are all supplied. You can tell someone puts himself in the place of the traveller! The balcony offers a view of half the city, the gym one of the entire city. Even the security guards are helpful and cooperative. The check-out was totally uncomplicated, the car service to and from the airport punctual and pleasant. Two small points of critique: 1) Even though the weather was warm most of the time the pool was not available. As far as I can see, this was not mentioned on the site. 2) Having food delivered to your home is part of the style of living in Buenos Aires and I really liked that. However, due to security measures, I had to get dressed and go down to the guards' station to pick up the food. I understand the motivation behind this measure, but it negates a large part of the enticement of using the delivery services. I will definitely use ba4u again. Thanks!
