Enjoy exclusive use of both sides of this duplex with a *SALT WATER* pool: short walk to El Paseo, 20 min drive to Coachella Music Festival or Downtown Palm Springs, and a 10 minute drive to world class golf at Indian Wells. Our quiet neighborhood is just the place to relax and unwind with friends in the private backyard. Travel with another family and enjoy your own personal space by occupying two units on the same property.

We're taking extra care to disinfect commonly touched surfaces between each reservation. There is no in person interaction with host.

This listing for the entire property. The duplex is two separate units with their own private entrances. There are no shared indoor spaces, but there is a shared backyard with a pool, BBQ, and fire pit. There is a two bedroom, one bathroom unit and a three bedroom, two bathroom unit. Both units have their own kitchen, living room, dining area, and washer/dryer. Enjoy time with friends and family while having the ability to retreat to your own space.

We allow dogs - one time $50 fee (covers up to three dogs)
Pool heating is available for $80/day
Both additional fees are collected prior to check in
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the home and pool.

Other things to note
Home has excellent mesh network WiFi coverage (200 Mbps down/10 Mpbs up through Spectrum). Roku devices are on each of the TV sets and guests are welcome to log in to any streaming services they currently subscribe to.

Annual Girls' Trip

Nine of us have been getting together for 25 years and this was one of our favorite trips. The duplex was great for sleeping accommodations and bathrooms. Having two kitchens and living areas was nice and allowed us to spread out a bit. We didn't heat the pool because it was only low 60's while we were there. We did enjoy sitting in the private backyard. We had a few small issues while there and Matt was immediately available and handled them right away. It is a short walk to the El Paseo area with lots of shopping and dining options. We would highly recommend this property to any large group!

We have used local vacation rentals to travel locally and abroad: our favorite locations so far have been Edinburgh and London, but New York will always have a soft spot in our hearts as that is where Kristen went to graduate school. Our favorite part of travelling is experiencing the local food - because we are total foodies and that is how we plan our trips. What are the favorite places to eat?!
