Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out at 10 am. If you need more time, please request extra time in advance to avoid a late check out fee at $50/hour.
Please sort and separate trash-land fill from recyclables, paper, cans, water/glass bottles, to void overflowing trash. Leave some trash bin space for the next guest.
Report missing, broken and malfunctioning items, we would like to have enough time to repair and restore them for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Share the chores: take out trash bins on Monday evening, bring them back on Tuesday evening. When you can't do the tasks, kindly inform the host.
Strict quiet hours between 10 pm and 9 am. Respect and be considerate to the local residents and our neighbors.
Conserve energy - Always turn off AC/Heating/Lights when going out

This was 5 min from the convention center. Ideal location for us! We enjoyed having the rooms with half on one side, half on the other of the house. Very large, comfortable home. VERYYY CLEAN. Host was very quick to response when we needed something. Very good communication leading up to our stay as well. We will definitely stay again next year!

Much needed Family Time

Stayed here for our visit to Disneyland with most of my family. Way to help my sister with her littles to get them out the door to Disney but also spend quality time. Plenty of space for them to walk around and toys to play with. Thank you so much!

Family Disneyland Trip

Overall we had a great stay the location was perfect! Had some issues with the shower in the guest bathroom but the property manager was quick to help and solved the problem right away. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were so comfortable. Would definitely stay here again for future vacations.

Family vacation

The only things that keep this from being a 5 star review is that I wish there had been a porch light out front and that some of the boards were broken on the play structure. Otherwise, the home was a great spot for our family.

Adult Family Stay

We booked this trip for our adult kids and a few friends to spend time at Disneyland with us. It had plenty of room for everyone and all the basics you might need. I hadnt realized there were three bathrooms so that was nice with all the people. Host was very communicative and checking in and out was easy. We walked to and from the park everyday and it was an easy walk. Took about 30 mins for all of us to meander there.

Lovely home close to Disneyland

The house was spacious and comfortable. It was well stocked with plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen necessities. We all enjoyed the back yard and pool table. The host responded immediately to requests and accommodated our changing travel plans. Perfect distance from Disneyland, we were able to see and hear the fireworks each night and it was minutes from the drop off at the park.

We thought we might be able to walk to Disneyland, but turns out it would have been a half-hour walk. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet.

Family get together in Fountain Valley

Had everything we needed. Worked great for us. Some people may need a remodel on the kitchen if they are picky. Got to see fireworks from Disney in the evening. We had 8 adults and one child who enjoyed the swing set and yard.

The House overall was very nice. The playground equipment was covered in cat poop and spider webs. The kitchen was lacking many needed things to complete meals. The barbecue had no gas or wouldn’t light. The majority of the clean towels were left in the dryer so we didn’t know they were there until the night we were preparing to leave. We were excited about the pool table but there was no chalk so the games didn’t go very well.

Overall stay

the family enjoyed it and we all had a great time. The closeness to the park was perfect, the interior was excellent plenty of room for family to enjoy . beds and baths very clean and comfortable . Supplies were aplenty….Nice large eat-in kitchen for meals.. my only issue was the backyard was a little disappointing . The grandkids were looking forward to enjoying the play set but it was dirty, and had broken boards , the trees were overgrown and brushed up against play set…. Overall we still had a great time. Thanks and would rent it again.

The host was very easy to work with. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland/California Adventure parks. We only had to park one car there, but there would have room for a couple more cars in the driveway.

This is a great house! Much larger than the photos show. There are two kitchen cooktops and a great grill in the backyard. Nice and clean. Warm and inviting. Ray was a very gracious host. We had a wonderful time.

Large space for the whole family, privacy for the back rooms and outside area, and close enough to Disney. We walked to the park and used ride share for several trips back to the house. About 13 for us to grab a car back each time but worth it after walking around the park all day. Would stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect for large family

We had a group of 12 and it fit all of us nicely. The kids had their own space and adults had their own space which worked well for our size group. Nice kitchen and enough bathrooms. Walked to Disneyland every day…about a 30 min walk.
