Spacious third floor corner unit consisting of two large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large fitted kitchen, dining area, living area, and a great sized outdoors terrace to enjoy the breeze, and views of the ocean. New to the rental market (November 2023)This condo is in in prime position within the commmunity and is sure to become a firm favorite. Beautiful coastal vibes with so much attention detail everywhere you look from brand new high end furniture, coastal colors, fully equipped, and a fabulous outdoor space to take in the beach views and enjoy that ocean breeze.

Electricity is a separate charge, we will witness electric reading on arrival and departure, and full consumption will be paid by you at check out. Short term renters may not have guests that were not part of the original booking

Perfect condo!

Excellent customer service throughout booking, during our stay at this condo from Liz (host). Condo is exactly as pictured. Awesome security at every spot in community. Many restaurants located within walking distance from condo. Too many vendors trying to sell services, paintings, jewelry, etc on the beach in front of community. I wish that was policed more. The beach restaurant on the property had good food as well. The host, Liz is top notch. We enjoyed meeting her and felt she did all she could to make our stay as good as it was!

Liz Hits All Expectations Yet Again!!!

This is now several times my wife and I have come to Punta Cana and booked with Liz, and every time we have stayed at one of her condos we have received the best hospitality out of every country, trip, and vacation we have ever taken. I can honestly say we have stayed at 5-star resorts including the Ritz Carlton and not received the same service we do with Liz. From the moment you get off the plane she has you taken care of with a personal driver (ours is always Freddie) who takes you directly to your check in and then to your condo where Liz is always waiting with a hug and a smile. Anytime we have ever had even the slightest of issues come up whether that be an empty propane tank for the grill, or a light needs to be replaced Liz has it taken care of immediately. She just really goes out of her way to make your trip a worry free, hassle free trip. My wife and I love the Dominican Republic and though there are hundreds of places to stay in Punta Cana we will always stay with Liz. How could we even think of staying anywhere else when our stay with Liz has been perfect time after time after time. Just like the old saying goes...."If it aint broke don't fix it" Liz makes you feel important every minute of your stay. How can you top that? Thanks again Liz for yet another flawless vacation!!
