**Important** The HOA requires a minimum booking of 30 days and to be registered at least 15 days in advance so we need an extra 5 days to get the information completed and submitted.**
This stylish home is the perfect place for a vacation. Brand new in June, 2023, it is a beautifully furnished Oakmont model on one of the larger lots in Timber Creek. There is a large pool with hot tub and beautiful screened-in lanai.
The house is located on a very quiet street with both front and back yards overlooking large nature preserves.
Besides 3 full bedrooms, there's a den with a sofa bed so this allows 8 guests to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom has pool access.
Very quiet neighborhood. The location is on a quiet street near a cul-de-sac with both front and rear yards overlooking large nature preserves. The community has a swimming pool, large exercise room, tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts.
