Located on the beautiful historic Fairfield lake. Great location! Hiking, fishing, kayaking, golfing shopping etc. Close to Cashiers, NC restaurants. Full access to Sapphire Valley resort, which has golf, tennis courts, pickleball courts, indoor outdoor swimming pools, playground, putt putt golf and work out room. Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Two king beds, two twin beds. Perfect for families or two couples. Two family rooms with beautiful built in electric fireplaces. Two large balconies nestled in the trees overlooking the lake. Four TVs and games for everyone. Two kayaks and one canoe included.

Why they chose this property
Fairfield Lake is dubbed one of the most picturesque recreation places in Western North Carolina. Lake is complete with a boathouse dock, rentals (electric only boats), kayaks, paddle boards, fishing, canoes etc. Swimming beach too. Close to charming town of Cashiers NC.
