Watch the fireworks EVERY Wednesday from any of the TWO balconies + ROOFTOP DECK! FIVE (5) Beach Badges, 5 beach chairs, and a wagon all included!

Other things to note
** PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: **
Guests must bring their own linens. We supply Cali King bed sheets, hand towels, pillows, and all beds have comforters. Bed sheets, bath towels, and beach towels ARE NOT INCLUDED. We have a service available that will provide all linens and drop off to the property on the day of your arrival pricing varies please inquire for more details!

HOUSE RULES:
- Absolutely NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made.
- NO additional guests. There is a $250 fine associated per person that exceeds the occupancy limit.
- All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. Age requirements do not apply to families with children.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. If a noise violation is issued you are responsible for the fine amount from the township plus an additional fine of $500.
- Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be considered.
- SmartTVs have access to MOST basic cable channels, limited channels available. Must sign into own TV streaming accounts.
- Rental Agreement + Security Deposit must be completed to confirm booking.
