The host was extremely responsive and prompt. Location was easy and convenient in South Naples if that’s where you want to be. It’s not close to a beach but Marco Island and Naples beaches are an easy 20 or so minute drive. Super convenient to supermarket and whatever strip mall shopping you might need. Pool right outside the back door which was convenient but still quiet. Stocked kitchen with beach chairs and lots of towels and extra blankets. Clean with need for some minor repairs to which host was responsive. Beds were comfy. I felt right at home and felt that the value was good.

Great location and accommodations.

Condo location is excellent - ground floor walkout to pool area is ideal. Very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and overall. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Highly recommend.

The major problem was with unit being poorly maintained and furnished.The first problem was both toilets not functioning properly. Main one not flushing and broken handle on other toilet. Door below kitchen sink brokenThe bed in guest room was on wheels and not attache to headboard. No chairs in living room as pictured Lanai needed powerwashed.painted and furnishedproperly furnished.Resort was great.

We fixed the toilet and the cabinet the same day we were notified, on a Sunday. There absolutely is a brand new couch and chair in the l living room. Joyce was upset we wouldn’t give her a refund when we had to toilets fixed within hours of being notified. We have never had any previous complaints on this property.

Basic, but good

Price point and proximity to amenities, stores, shops, etc. was a huge plus. Very nice neighborhood. Nothing in the condo wowed us, but as long as you go in managing your expectations, then you'll love it.
