Stay was good, there is a train track behind the house so its a bit loud. Easy booking and let us check in earlier than scheduled.

We like everything about the property, close to UofM where we need to be, place is wonderful, highly recommended especially for large family, would like to comeback again next time we visit Minneapolis.
The house was great, we had no issues and lived the location. There is a train track, but no horns and you can hardly hear it when inside. Would stay here again.
Visited for a weekend of Gopher hockey and enjoyed being able to walk where we needed to go. Bedrooms were nice and cozy but the livingroom space was really cold.
my stay was great!! checkin process was smooth , me and my party did leave for a dinner and when we came back we had a few complications getting back in to the bnb, but we quickly resolved the issue . Overall my stay was great and i would definitely book again and I highly recommend!
Overall the house was clean and nice and the location was good, however, the listing stated that one of the bedrooms would contain 1 king bed and 2 queens. Instead that bedroom had 1 king bed and a mattress in the closet that appeared to be a twin or a full. As we were traveling as a work group, this made sleeping arrangements difficult. I've included a screen shot from the original listing.
Location was great, close to everything. Great communication with the host. The only thing were the train tracks in the backyard. Trains are very frequent sand pretty loud.
Neighbor hood not so great. Train was annoying. House was nice. Worked for us one night.

One of the kids got bedbugs from the upstairs bedroom with the king bed. They had to go to urgent card and get treated with medication. They also had a very swollen eye from the bedding. The outside steps were not salted and I fell down the entire flight of outside steps and got a huge bruise. When I contacted the owner, they didn't do anything about the situation at all. For almost 500 with the taxes and extra charges, do NOT rent this place. It is not worth it at all.
We had a good stay! Nice home. The floors, however, were dirty.. we were asked to not wear shoes inside, but the bottoms of our socks and feet were left dark. There was a bed in the closet that we found… which we were not told about.
Nice neighborhood
The space is nice. We had seven adults in our group and there was plenty of room for sleeping but the dining area got a little crowded. not a big deal. Earlier reviews had cited cleanliness of floors but this was definitely corrected. Host was responsive to communication. i would recommend sending check in and check out details at least a full day before check in. we would stay here again
This is predominantly my fault since I didn’t know the area. The outside area was very dark. No street lights nearby. The exterior was dated. The inside was very cute. Well maintained. Clean! The living room was little tight. It definitely served the purpose of hosting me, my buddy, and our boys to the state basketball tournament. The arenas were nearby and easy for Ubers.
This listing is as advertised, a rental property in a neighborhood. There is a loud train track that goes right by the house (we heard trains throughout one of our 2 nights). The house was comfortable and clean, kitchen had necessary items. Beds were really comfortable. The communal space is pretty small and sparse for a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house. And no lamps in the communal spaces, just overhead lighting.

Some assembly required
This property was advertised to have enough beds to accommodate 10 people, have a great outdoor space, and a good space to gather. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and it was definitely too cozy—the floors need a good cleaning, seating and space was limited and assembling beds was not what we had in mind when viewing this space. MN winter allowed us to be outside at the home and it needs TLC. Overall, we made it work, but not as advertised.

Inaccurate Amount of Beds Listed
The listing has 6 beds, but that isn’t accurate. When we first arrived, we realized that there were only 5 beds in the house. But, there was a sign in the basement that said it was a private area and couldn’t be used. Meaning only 4 beds could be used. I contacted the host and they said that it is meant to be 6 people and not 6 beds. After going back and forth for a while, they agreed to let us use the bed downstairs. It is a nice property, but the bed situation was stressful considering they were not very helpful until I continued to press the issue.
