Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. You will be 11 miles from strip !! Our home is just what you need. A staycation, or in town to visit family& friends ,or to explore Nevada, Our lovely 3 bedroom 2.5 bath is great for large families with kiddos that can enjoy the arcade room, You can spend your evening enjoying a nice dip in the jacuzzi which will be heated ! BBQ or just hanging by the fire pit at night in the tiki oasis!

Great place to stay, good strip access and wonderful property! Rooms are well balanced and spaced out making for great atmosphere with friends and family. We will definitely consider coming back in our next visits.

This property was gorgeous! I still am raving about it a week later and wish I had booked it for the following week when I came back to Vegas. It was easy to communicate with the host and the tub, jacuzzi (uncovered so only used after the sun went down), both the patio seating off the kitchen, and the seating area in the back yard, in addition to the blue flame electric fireplace set off the posh interior of the amazingly decorated home. The tri-levels are a lot to have to deal with and wear the required booties on the carpet are a little to have to remember, but the neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly themselves. We did have a slight hiccup with the outside lighting at the front door. However, I would DEFINITELY book this property again.

FANTASTIC HOME

This home is perfect. We got in late each night, up early, something for everybody. Shower, bath, pool table, we didnt get to use hot tub because ot was chilly outside. This place is awesome, highly reccomend

Perfect for our family

It was great to put teens in basement parents on upper floor. Mini pool table, kitchen outdoor porch and living room are on main floor. Let the host know what temp you prefer thermostat bc it’s locked. Very nice house!

Pros, HOT TUB - Wonderful!! House was clean! King bed was comfortable. Perfect location for us. Nice, quiet neighborhood. There’s a bathroom on every floor. Nice balcony and patio. Filtered water in the fridge. Cons NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE OR PENALTY OF 350 FEE IF ANY EVIDENCE OF SUCH!! (Not mentioned in the description) The dishwasher empties through the sprayer portal! Be sure it doesn’t get turned toward the counter, as it did with us! Luckily I caught it before it flooded the kitchen!!! Queen beds in lower level were not comfortable. No hand towels at all! (There were 6 little paper squares in each bathroom for 5 people for 4 nights!) The water was brown coming out of the faucets at first! Cleared after running a while. Reclining couches are rigged so they don’t recline. There was old food in the fridge and the door doesn’t shut right on its own. WiFi cuts out often and living room tv shuts off randomly. Pool table is a mini and has a broken bumper. Good for little kids. We left a couple bathing suits in the dryer and immediately notified Ashley. She had her cleaning crew locate them after a couple days. I offered to pay to have them shipped. After A MONTH, and a lot of back and forth, I was able to have my daughter pick them up since Ashley wasn’t mailing them to me!! I would have paid extra for that but Ashley was not easy to work with to get them back. We enjoyed our stay, visiting our daughter and really enjoyed the hot tub!!

Clean 3 Story

The property was clean. But had I known that it was 34 stairs from the street level to the master bedroom, where I had to carry two suitcases up I would not have booked this house. Nowhere in the description it the property did it say that it was a three story home. The lights were burnt out in the landing area so you had to take your phone out and use the flashlight on your phone to enter the code to unlock the door to get in.

Nice but needs updates

The house was in a great location and overall a nice place to stay, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. There were no USB ports anywhere in the house, which made charging devices a bit inconvenient. The beds had loud plastic covers, and while I appreciate the protection, there are quieter options available.For the price, I expected a smoother experience—especially with a 250 cleaning fee, yet I was still required to take out the trash. The TV randomly shut off and returned to the home screen, which was frustrating. I also noticed some loose electrical outlets throughout the house. Additionally, the heater was set too high, and I had to open windows to cool down.That said, the area was very nice, and the hot tub was a great touch. With a few upgrades and minor fixes, this rental could be a much better experience.
