The property is located in a beautiful setting by the water. We enjoyed the scenic walking trail to Sierra Point and the Brisbane Marina. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast included with our stay was a welcome treat! The location was perfect for our needs. It was easy to schedule the airport shuttle. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The shower was dirty. The listing said the pool was heated year round. It was closed for the season. I booked the hotel for my kids because of the pool. This is false advertising. I would like my parking fees refunded because of this.

The hotel looked fine. When we showed up to check in everything went down hill. We arrived about an hour early, and didn't expect to get to check in early, but let them know we were there and were tired and wanted to check in as soon as possible. We waited and watched numerous other guests check in and head to their rooms. After forty minutes I checked in with Ray at the desk , and he said it would be 20 more minutes. As that meant an on time check in I had no issue with it. But then at 4pm when I asked about the room, Ray got on the radio with the maid staff and then told me it would be 30 more minutes. Ray delivered this bad news with no hint of empathy or apology. When asked how after letting them know we were there an hour ago they had not managed to get the room ready Ray said that the wait staff was bury. Again no apology. So seeing Ray was bereft of customer service skills, I tried his coworker. She made it clear the delay in getting checked in was not her problem. That it was my inability to understand that some guests had checked out late and the maids were cleaning other rooms. Again no apology. At 430,we got our room key, only to find the bay view room was a view of work trucks in a parking lot and some tree with a glimpse of an inlet. They had given us the worst possible of the bay view rooms. The room was other wise fine and clean. The meager breakfast was coffee and a few muffins. Had the staff said sorry just once, ok. But Nope. Never stay at this hotel
