Wake up feeling refreshed to the sound of waves crashing and the warm smell of salt in the air! Gorgeous private beach is within sight and only a few steps away from your studio-style condo!

Perfect for a romantic getaway with your love or a playful time with the kids. Watch dolphins frolic in the ocean from the gazebo (normally around 5pm), stroll the warm sandy beach hand-in-hand while picking up shells, build sandcastles, bury each other in the sand... swim in the pools, walk the pier, fish, head to the nearby parks and historical locations! So much to do... or not! :)

Close to everything and includes all you could possibly need!

Sleeps four (full bed and queen sleeper-sofa).

Fully stocked kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, dishes (all types of glass/plasticware), silverware, grilling tools, etc.

Includes iron/ironing board (as if you'll need that!), hair dryer, straightener, curling iron, etc. Smart TV, cable tv, dvd player, as well books and dvds for all ages.

Outdoor pool - Salt water system, which means no smelly and yucky chlorine dying your clothes/hair!

Two gazebos, charcoal grills, picnic tables, grassy area for games, outdoor showers, fish-cleaning station, balcony at ends of the buildings with chairs so you can view the ocean.

No smoking inside the condo or on the property. You must walk to sidewalk or beach to smoke.

Designed for families and adults who enjoy rest and relaxation. I grew up going to this exact condo and have always loved it! From always feeling safe and secure (private property) to all there is to do, I've always been happy.

To do (small list - email me with questions or for advice): Aquarium (less than 3 miles); Fort Macon State Park (less than 5 miles); Restaurants (Seafood, pizza, etc), Night-life, Food Lion, Dollar General within walking distance, Movie Theater (1.3 miles); Historic Beaufort waterfront, Maritime Museum, Morehead City waterfront close-by. Convenient store and piers within walking distance. Sidewalk is great for bike riding and jogging. Kayak, Jet Ski and Bicycle rentals all nearby. Splash Pad and Putt-putt courses close by...

Relaxing stay at beautiful beach

What a pleasant small condo for two people. Bed was perfectly comfortable, Wi-Fi fast, view nice, and location excellent. The beach gazebo was greatly enjoyed as was walking on the beach at low tide. Great pool too, although I just dangled my feet in and did not swim ;-).

Family beach vacation

This is a beautiful place to stay. Owner is wonderful and very responsive. Property was clean, linens were provided and the place smelled good/clean. Access to the beach was great. Beach was quiet and no crowds. Pool was nice. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

Beach lover perfect location

The rental is located within a few feet to a private beach. The unit is big enough for 2 to 3 people. Having a laundry room on the promises was great to dry towels and to do a wash when needed.

Great Beach Getaway

This was exactly what we were looking for so we can get away for an end of summer vacation. Frances is very responsive with any concerns . This little condo is a great choice for a couple. Clean with all the basics you need. The beach is just steps away and visible from the room. The only down side is that it is not handicap accessible and the stairs can be hard to navigate if you have mobility issues ( bad knees, arthritis, etc.). But other than that, it was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a stay at the beach

The owners are very friendly and responsive. They have a check in/out sheet that is easy to follow and quite thorough. The beach was very nice and not too crowded. The area was quiet and people were friendly. The property is as represented in the listing. The kitchen is well stocked; my only suggestion there would be to add a toaster. One small downside is the lack of any place to hang wet towels and bathing suits. the HOA does not allow you to hang them outside and the only place inside is the shower. On the whole it was a lovely stay and we would recommend it to future beach goers.

Great place for a beach getaway

This condo is located right near a private beach and not far from restaurants and stores. We had an amazing time and loved that there was a pool too, since the ocean was really rough our first few days. Highly recommend

Lovely Stay

Everything went so smoothly. The property was exactly as described and just steps away from the beach. Frances was quick to respond to any questions that I had before our visit. I would but hesitate to book this place again. It had everything we needed, and the foldout was surprisingly comfortable.

Nicely located condo

The condo is small but perfect for a quick beach trip- perfectly located on the beach, private walkway and gazebo, and pool. It was clean and well-stocked. (We made a quick trip for coffee filters and cooking spray, otherwise every thing we needed was there). Would stay again.

Young couples first vacation

This was a amazing trip! Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and everyone was nice. There are some great places to eat and great things to do for all ages. We will be returning sometime soon.

Amazing stay

This was our first time in the area and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Frances communicated so well with us and was so great! Being beach front was amazing. The condo was so comfy and provided everything we needed for our weekend get away. I will be sharing this property to everyone and we will definitely be back.

Why they chose this property

It is beachfront and near everything! You can roll out of bed and walk to the ocean in a few steps. You can relax and do nothing or stay busy and play! Either way, you will leave feeling refreshed and looking forward to the next time! We have people who book a year ahead and we're putting it on VRBO so we can share this with other families who need an affordable, yet nice, place to go.

Everyone here is very friendly and you will absolutely love the location! Also, you will not have to worry about strangers from other resorts walking through or parking, as it's a private place! The beach will never be crowded... YOU WILL LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT AND HAVE A GREAT TIME!! I'm 110% sure!

This is a first floor condo and you can park in front of your door. You can literally roll out of bed and get to the sand in a few steps.
