One of our best stays in Cozumel

We have visited Cozumel 10 times and have stayed in many locations from north shore, mid town San Miquel and south shore locations. The Landmark was one of our favorites. It's a beautiful, modern, spacious property in a fabulous location....across from the Money Bar! Spectacular sunsets from our deck. The restaurant has live music almost every evening, but if you don't wish to hear it, the sliding glass doors keep the noise out pretty well. Our condo was amazing and huge! We enjoyed all the amenities from the pool to the gym. The full kitchen was perfect for making our breakfasts and lunches and laundry was a plus so we didn't need to overpack. Taxis were readily available whenever we needed them. Staff was friendly and helpful (Thank you Sandy!) We will be back to enjoy more memories in Cozumel and hopefully at the Landmark

Beautiful condo and well located

We spent a week in this condo as a family with 2 children. Everything is perfect, it’s spacious, clean with a nice view on the sea from the balcony. On the other side of the road there is a bar with a good snorkeling spot. Sara, the property manager was very helpful and always available for any request we had. I recommend this condo, you won’t’ have any regrets !

Amazing condo, location and property manager

This unit is beautiful. It was spotless, beds were comfortable and it had every amenity you could need while on vacation! The location is great, there's snorkeling across the street and the kids enjoyed the Money Bar a lot. Also the pool and hot tub were used every day! Our weather was sub par but what put this experience high up was Sandy the property manager. She is phenomenal!! She was with us every step of the way, so helpful and suggesting things to do when the weather was bad, checking in, helping with any little thing we needed. I cannot say enough good things about her! If we were to go back we would definitely stay here again! Thanks again Sandy!

The unit is as beautiful as the pictures and the location is ideal with great snorkeling. The unit has all the amenities you need and is a short cab ride to town. The property manager is easy to reach and handles inquiries quickly. I would definitely like to return!
