Amazing location and the unit is fantastic for couples looking to explore Nashville. The walk to downtown is lovely. Make sure to stop by Pinewood Social as it is right next to the building and offers great drinks, food, and bowling! You can’t go wrong staying at any of the owner’s locations.

What a fantastic spot! Kurt was a great host, tons of information made arrival and checkout smooth. My wife and I loved the rental, brunch at Pinewood Social couldn't be easier, and if you want to get in your steps enjoying Nashville, easily walkable to nearly all the Broadway fun. This would be a great spot for any of the sporting and music events in town as well. Plan to rent again next time back

Came for a concert at the Ascend Amphitheater. Location was perfect to walk to both the concert and Broadway for night life. Condo was spacious and just as described. For being near downtown Nashville was still quiet even on the balcony at night. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Hosts were very gracious and communicated very well. If we come back to Nashville would definitely stay again.
