You have many beaches to choose from that are within a short drive. Stoneybrook is located in the center of it all. It is a 10-minute drive to the Southwest Florida Airport. It is within walking distance of Publix, CVS, Miramar Outlets, FGCU University, and many restaurants. Both the Gulf Coast Center and Coconut Point Mall are a 10-minute drive. If you love sports, you can enjoy hockey at the Hertz Arena or baseball at JetBlue Park. You will have easy access to the I-75 and US-41, Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Beach, Lovers Key, Vanderbilt, South Naples, Tigertail, Marco Island Beaches, and many more. It is less than a 2-hour drive to Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Tampa and less than a 3-hour drive to Orlando.

REQUIREMENT: All our guests must be approved through our Community Association by way of a lease application. This application must be submitted and approved a minimum of "30 days prior" to the first date of the stay. Based on this requirement, it is recommended to book 45-60 days prior to your desired stay in order to fulfill this requirement. There is a $250 USD fee per adult ($40 per person under 18), which is the responsibility of the lessee and is paid in advance to the HOA directly and is non-refundable. The contact information for the HOA to complete the application will be provided upon rental approval.
