My stay was canceled last minute due to an electrical issue and they said they couldn’t get anyone out same day to fix it. As a result I had to scrabble to find something else in the same part of town. We were celebrating an event and dealing with this was no fun.
easy to Uber downtown and stockyards. Decent place if to just to crash. Little details could have been cleaned better.. shower & curtain, dusty. The stairs were a pain and hot tub was dirty. Other than that… ok place to stay.

Hi. So sorry to hear this. We have hired a new cleaning team and they ensure everything is clean, dusted, and the hot tub filter has been changed recently. Our new cleaning team makes sure the hot tub is clean, heated, and ready for use.

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
Location 5/10. Sort of in the hood. Nothing walking distance and traffic was terrible during the weekend and rush hours.House layout 7/10. The overall layout was spacious and bedrooms were spacious. The bathrooms were tiny and I kept hitting my elbows on the walls when showering.Cleanliness 3/10. The property has not been maintained very well. It felt pretty run down and hadn't been deep cleaned in a while.Misc Stuff 3/10. It's basically an apartment with apartment grade everything. Everything is cheap and barely builder-grade quality. The beds were comfy but basically walmart grade quality. All the amenities were this way - cooking utensils, grill, cook top, sinks, shower, tv, towels, etc. The towels were terrible quality. Pros 10/10. They had an 30 amp 220 plug in the garage to charge my car. This was a great convenience. I really liked this. The apartment has very high ceilings and made it feel very open. The couch was awesome. Super comfy.Host 9/10. She was great. The coffee pot was missing and she had a new kureg machine delivered asap. She was very good at communication too. She also let us in an hour early for checki in.Summary - don't expect anything fancy. It feels like someone bought a place and set it up with the absolute bare minimums to turn a profit on the investment. I could be wrong, but it felt this way. We still had a nice time and it held 5 people very comfortably. Just would have liked something a little nicer.
Our grandson is T1D. He and his family live in Ft. Worth. The aunts, uncles and cousins all came to walk in the JDRF Walk for a cure. There are too many of us to crash at their house, so we rented this place convenient to their home for overflow. The location is excellent, near I30 and Hulen. It’s near my kids home, but it’s also a happening place with great shopping and restaurants near by. The home is neat, clean and very cute. The kitchen is well supplied with everything you need. We had a couple of minor issues that were immediate addressed. The code to enter did not work when I arrived, but a quick message to the manager fixed it before I could walk back to my car. A couple of GFI plugs didn’t work, but they were also on that immediately. My husband located the breaker box and remedied the issue. However, the outside plug to the hot tub was one of the plugs not working making the hot tub a cold tub. The kids still managed to have a little fun anyway. By the way, we melted the coffee pot, which had to do with moving the coffee maker because of a gfi not working, it was too close to the stove top where we boiled a large pot of water later in the day. I reported the damage. They’ve been so kind as to not ask me to replace it, although, I agreed to. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again if the need arose. Thanks for being so prompt and kind about everything.
