Welcome to "The Mockingbird" an easy access modern, clean and quaint little house. Easy parking in front of the house, private keypad entrance, keypad access to home. Hanging smart televisions in common area and bedroom. Fully stocked with linens toiletries detergent and complimentary coffee and tea. There is no interaction or shared space with the homeowner, however happy to provide you with anything you’ll need during your stay if you reach out. Our property is under 1-3 miles of stores ( Trader Joes Sprouts Whole Foods & Ralphs), shopping & movies (AMC). Visit Westfield Topanga Mall, Outdoor Topanga Village, and the neighborhoods new Topanga Social with tons of restaurants and nightlife. We hope you choose "The Mockingbird" where the mockingbirds visit and sing hello... we pride ourselves on going above and beyond!
