The home comes equipped with heated pool, gas grill, cozy gas fire pit, two Inflatable paddle boards, 1 person kayak, 3 large flat screen smart TVs, 1 large outdoor patio smart TV, large covered patio, newly renovated fully equipped kitchen, desk with printer/scanner, ample parking.

Home is located within walking distance of many restaurants and amenities.
Located 1 hour form Miami International Airport. Walking distance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and close to the Everglades.
Snowbird friendly.
This home is our pride and joy.
Newly renovated with modern, cozy, Keys feel. Lots of natural light. You can relax at the rocking chairs in the front of the house, in the back covered patio, drinking a cocktail in the heated pool or the gas fire pit sitting area.
If you need to work remote, there is a computer desk with printer/scanner, two computer screens and fast WIFI
