This home was even better in person! It’s absolutely beautiful and was perfect for me & my family for a weekend getaway! Our favorite area was the kitchen! The only downfall was the WiFi didn’t reach to the kitchen, and the TV in the big bedroom didn’t have the proper remote, but that’s not enough to dock a star because everything else was great! So we weren’t even stressing it. the host was great and responded to any questions I had. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again. 100000/10 recommend.

Great location but needs work

This property had pros and cons. Pros: -Great location close to VSU, several good restaurants and tennis facilities (the reason for our visit). -Timely communication with the property manager. -Inexpensive Cons: -Listing was not accurate in regards to bathrooms. Title indicated 2bd/1ba but description listed a full and a half bath and made reference to bathrooms (plural) in the description. This I was one of the reasons we chose this VRBO over a hotel. Listing also indicated a pool under amenities, which I guessed was inaccurate because it wasn’t included in the written description or pictures. -Coffee, creamer and filters were provided (which was nice), but this is definitely not a house I would advise renting if you plan to make most of your meals. Nothing else besides salt and pepper. Uneven stovetop, no dishwasher or kitchen towels, and only three bowls. Making our own meals was another reason we chose this duplex vs a hotel. -Lastly, I’ve stayed in over 30 rental homes over the past 5 years. The best homes usually have a book with local information, check out instructions, etc. This home provided nothing. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for inexpensive, a good location, and you plan to mostly eat out. I personally would not choose to stay here again though.
