This is a true gem in Seattle. A 1908 house updated to modernity inside with full gut remodel over the last few years. The house is full of thoughtful touches and calming spaces, from a gorgeous view outdoor deck to two offices (with sofa beds). Two full bedrooms upstairs, one brand new sofa bed bedroom downstairs -- and a grand great room surrounding a seethru fireplace. Modern kitchen, great views across the lake, truly a peaceful energy.
The space
One master with an automated king size bed (you can sit up in the morning by remote control to watch tv) and the most spectacular view of the University of Washington and Portage Bay (between Lake Washington and Lake Union). One non-master with a queen size wooden bed and a closet based kids-clubhouse. Fully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with lots of white stone, stainless appliances, and chocolate/white cabinetry in pristine condition.

The whole unit is yours, no shared spaces. There is an independent basement unit below but no need for you to interact with or see those guests.
