Welcome to Kahana Reef 408, This recently remodeled penthouse unit features a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condominium that offers ceiling fans and unobstructed ocean views from the 4th floor. There is no A/C in this unit. There are elevators at this property for easy access. Unit 408 can accommodate up to 4 guests. Retreat to the bedroom, where a king-size bed awaits. The bathroom can be found next the bedroom or across from the front door and features a walk-in shower and single-sink vanity. As you step into the condo, you'll be greeted by the living room that features a queen-size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements for extra guests. From the living area, soak in stunning ocean views through large windows that fill the room with natural light. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances including an energy efficient induction stove as well as all the necessities to prepare delightful meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, or head out to the private lanai for a delightful outdoor dining experience. There's no better place to savor your morning coffee or witness breathtaking sunsets over the Pacific Ocean.

While there's no air conditioning, the pleasant trade winds and ceiling fans help keep the condo cool throughout the day on windy days. Open the front and lanai doors to allow the gentle ocean breeze to fill the space, embracing the true island living experience. This particular unit features one of the largest bedrooms in the resort! Decorated with soothing island touches, the bedroom can create a relaxing atmosphere.

Kahana Reef is an oceanfront condominium situated between Kaanapali and Kapalua resort areas. Which puts you close to Maui's top beaches, dining, shopping and other attractions. Kahana Reef resort offers an oceanfront pool, BBQ area, and an on-site coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees.

Quiet and great views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay here. It was a perfect jumping off point for adventures all around the island. Easy access to amenities and just far enough away from the resorts to feel like you had some privacy. Plus we could whale watch right from the balcony!

Perfect location!

This is a nicely updated unit with a great pool and conveniently located near stores and easy highway access. The sunset views are incredible here. Best of all, the long term residents are friendly and welcoming.

This was our second time staying at Kahana Reef and we love the complex. It is quiet, neighbors are friendly, accessible to just about everywhere you want to go in West Maui, and the views of the ocean are incredible. There is a convenient laundromat open during the day.This unit was modern and clean. It felt like a newer hotel. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed. It doesn’t have an oven but we did not need one. Bathroom shower felt luxurious. Bedroom was spacious with a huge king bed. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. Communication with My Perfect Stay was great. We felt we got a great value and would gladly stay here again.

Paradise in Kahana

This was one of those [laces where you walk in and pinch yourself. The view does not get any better for a sunset on the lanai. So many turtles to watch eat off the reef, and a great spot to enter the water for spear fishing.

Amazing property

This property was perfect. The location is in the middle of everything. It’s only about a 15 minute drive, at the most, to get to amazing beaches, shopping, snorkeling, and restaurants. The view from the lanai is amazing, we even saw turtles and dolphins from our balcony. The condo had everything we needed and the property managers were quick to respond to our requests. I would definitely recommend this place!

Spectacular ocean view and comfortable condo

We have been to the Kahana / Lahaina area of Maui several times, and this condo was by far the most comfortable that we have enjoyed. The view from the 4th floor was spectacular. We saw dozens of whales while sitting on the lanai, and enjoyed the windsurfers and surfers in action. The kitchen, living space and bedroom were all very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The My Perfect Stays support team took very good care of us and made sure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely try to stay in this unit again when we return to Maui.

Fourth floor with Incredible views

This unit is on the top floor and has great elevator access. The building is block construction, so there's no noise through the walls. This is on a seawall area of the island with beaches in easy driving distance. This unit has a slightly softer (rather than firm) king bed, upgraded kitchen, large bathroom with full-sized shower, and private lanai with comfortable seating for three and 180 ocean views. The complex is very quiet at night and located about 10 minutes north of the big hotels in Kaanapali. It was the perfect size for two of us and it could easily accommodate two adults and two kids. We loved the sound of the ocean right outside our lanai at night and the views of whales and waves during the day.

Beautiful view

Everything was wonderful except for being told that we would have to vacate less than 24hrs from the condo due to construction work, Between the hours of 9am-3pm. Note, the contract that we signed did not state anything about having to vacate the residence. When we called the property manager the person that we spoke to was unprofessional and rude. After a long frustrating conversation and a request to speak with a manager, we were offered a $50 refund. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property if you don’t mind the construction starting at 8am in the morning M-F.

Don't be fooled by the outside when you first pull up, because once you enter the apartment you enter paradise. It has everything you need soft pillows and soft comfortable bed. The most amazing view. My husband loved the cute so much he made us sleep on the pullout couch bed instead of the room just so when we open our eyes we can see that beautiful ocean. Grocery store is 3 miles away. McDonald's around the corner. Plus a cute little gift shop in that shopping center. We want to come back once a year. Stayed in the apartment the whole time. You can hear people talk when they are at the pool but no one is to loud. It is a very peaceful welcoming place. It's worth every cent. Pots,pans, stove (no oven), microwave, high quality silverware. The apartment is beautifully designed. Merging that old school Hawaiian look with a modern feel. That was important to me because I didn't really like the old Hawaiian wicker look, but this place made it looks so nice. Even the couch was amazingly comfortable. The directions they provided were simple and easy. We bought too much stuff so we left waters and sodas for the next guests to enjoy. And believe me, you will enjoy it!

Very nice location and view. Maui Bus (Bus stop very close) can get you anywhere up and down West Maui from Lahaina to Kapalua. No need to rent a car!

Great ocean view. The only "issue" was the maintenance of the unit. I wouldn't really call them problems even, but just a bunch of small things. There were several knobs in the kitchen that would come off, and some of the doors were loose. The microwave and coffee maker have seen better days.

Breath Taking

Words really can not do justice to this location and experience. It made me wish I lived there permanently. The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well set up for everything a person would need. The area was extremely quiet and close to everything needed without being surrounded by an incredible amount of tourists. It was awesome to wake up each morning and see the Pacific Ocean with small waves crashing. I plan a return trip to Maui and would cherish an opportunity to stay here again. Not to mention, the property managers were awesome in addressing my needs....even after hours! Right down to the beautiful lady that brought my parking pass promptly. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
