About this property

Small home with lots of space to relax and reconnect with yourself or your loved ones. Great for a couple's retreat, relaxing honeymoon, anniversary celebration, or just a chance to get away from town and the hustle and bustle of life. The open fields provide plenty of sky to look up at and dream and lots of grass to plant your feet in to get grounded. Your only neighbor is the owners main house with a grassy field in-between and no facing windows. Very private.

Two person outdoor hot tub perfect for star gazing at night. No light pollution. The property is ideal for photographers or artist to build their portfolios or write your next novel. The owners are happy to accommodate for your needs, just ask.

Indoor 2 person Far Infrared Sauna. Massage table available if wellness and health is your focus. Main bedroom has a queen bed with grounding mat. Second bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam topper. Bedroom three with West facing windows has a double futon and extra twin mattress. Washer and dryer. Quiet walks, no traffic. Dogs welcome although there is no fenced in yard. Kitchen equipped with essentials.

The area has 2 nearby lakes and 2 single person kayaks or canoe available for rent. Lane is a dead end so no through traffic enhances this private location. Relax and enjoy bird-watching and quiet walks. Home is ADA friendly except for the gravel driveways. Fishing in the pond by the owners home is available by request- dependent on weather and current activities. Bluegill, Red-ear, and Bass. Catch and release or keep for dinner. ( please throw back any bass over 15'')

Barn in the back of owner's property is also available for use in events at an additional fee. Contact owner for further details.

Amazing weekend get away

I can't say enough great things about our stay at this quiet country cottage. The hosts were very informative & responded prompltly to all my messages. The area was simply beautiful, the cottage is so inviting. Everything you need to relax & refresh your soul is there. Fishing the owners pond is an added bonus. Looking forward to staying again.

Family trip

In town for a week for my moms funeral/celebration of life and comi ng home each night to the sweet little house was perfect! Its cozy and comfortable......which is exactly what we needed. And Jason is an EXCELLENT communicator! If we ever need to come back, this is exactly where we will stay!

Quiet Rural Setting

We felt very comfortable staying here as did our dogs for their first get away, other than the boarders. Nice little house with walking paths to roam. Deer in the front yard one evening. We all had a great time!

Great middle of nowhere getaway

We got to wait for two nights for my birthday. I love how the house is laid out and there's a place for everything. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. We loved the couches which new and super comfortable. The beds were really interesting. Kind of like a very hard gel. I have a bad back so I really appreciated them but they were too hard for my husband's liking. really interesting.

Short getaway

Did a “meet you halfway” trip. Perfect little hideout for a getaway. Hot tub in the snow was a welcome comfort. House was immaculate. No unwelcome surprises. I think we’ll be back.

Private, peaceful countryside retreat

We loved our stay here. The surrounding nature was beautiful and just what we needed after a long day of driving. The house was inviting and had all the necessities and more to make us feel right at home. Would highly recommend a stay here if you're passing through Centralia.

We loved fishing the pond at the property and the nearby lakes. Jason was easy to communicate with and we loved the little cottage. Enjoyed picking fresh blackberries in our back yard area. Great weekend stay, we loved it!!
