The space
Amazing views of the Marina and Sea and only steps away from the Beach. Set up for complete relaxation and self-catering.
Guest access
The Marina is all public access as well as the Beach. The flat itself has a 270-degree, wrap-around veranda that is 100 square meters and is equipped with sunbeds, dining facilities, Bar B Que, and an outdoor shower.
Other things to note
There is a 22-page comprehensive guidebook in the flat detailing many things to do, places to visit, and restaurants we recommend. NEW outdoor Pizza Oven! We now offer 2 kayaks and a paddle board for the guest's exclusive use. There are 2 Adult Bikes and 2 brand new (2023) Kid's bikes. Various beach "toys" are also available onsite all for the guest's exclusive use. My wife Tanya and I have lived in Cyprus for over 20 years and as such can answer any question you have and can assist you with any of your needs. Tanya is always happy to share her knowledge of all of Limassol's best places to shop and we can direct you to all of the best places to eat!

Great flat, great location

Our stay was exceptional in Zygi. The flat had everything we needed and was in the perfect location for us to get to Lanarca, Limassol, Paphos, the Troodos, and Kalavasos. Easily walk to the beach, access to the marina and several restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend the Zima Blue flat!

Fantastic Flat

This was by far one of the best holiday rentals we have stayed in, in Cyprus. Probably best overall. The place was so clean and fresh as soon as you walked in you could tell. Views are amazing overlooking the sea and the boats in the Marina. We rented a car and went into Limassol for the day but could have quite happily stayed in Zygi at the beach. We will be back next year.

Holiday in Zygi

Had a wonderful holiday at this amazing flat right at the Zygi Marina 50 meters from the beach. The flat has a huge balcony and it was great waking up every morning to the fishing boats returning. There are many fish taverns within 100 meters of the flat and I also had use of a paddleboard and a kayak as well as a bicycle. Will definitely be back and will be booking my 2024 holiday now.

Très bel appartement traversant, lumineux et pratique Très belle terrasse dont on a pu profiter pour prendre le petit déjeuner… seul problème les odeurs de poissons et de fritures lâchées par la cheminée du restaurant devant l’appartement et à hauteur de cet appartement… donc difficile de profiter de la terrasse de midi à minuit…Proximité d’une belle plage Il manque seulement dans cet appartement super équipé de tables de nuits dans la chambre adultes… les tabourets de la cuisine ont fait office de table de nuitAppartement vraiment magnifique au delà de nos deux critiques
