Home is conveniently located close to Rock Barn and Hickory Metro Convention Center.

The outside of the home is well maintained with a spacious deck and large screened porch. The deck has a dining table with seating for 6. The screened porch has a comfortable sofa and chairs to relax and enjoy the lake view with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The entrance to the water is only steps from the back deck. There is a wood burning fire pit also in the yard.

Inside the home is a spacious and well appointed 1700 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

The primary bedroom is very large with a king sized bed and walk in closet. (Please note-the king bed has a latex foam mattress topper with a waterproof cover, in case of any allergies.) Picture windows overlooking the water and blackout curtains to help you sleep in. The private bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and separate shower.

The guest room has a queen bed and shares a hall bath. The bunk room has a twin over full bunk with a separate twin sized bed and is perfect for kids.

The living room is comfortably furnished and has a flat screen tv with streaming options. Plush sofa, a swivel chair and a recliner allow for relaxing after a day outside.

The kitchen and dining room have enormous picture windows overlooking the water. Kitchen has granite counters and an island with barstools. It is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals. The dining table will seat 10.

There is also a large laundry room with washer and dryer and space to hang wet lake towels and swimwear.

High speed internet is available in case you need to get work done or stream shows.
