Aweful staff

The front desk was not at all friendly, i asked for closer rooms since we are a family of 4 and wanted near by rooms, he said u can cancel reservation if needed. The room was pretty basic, coffee machine didnt work in one of our rooms. We all ended up staying in 1 room together. They gave 3 towels per room even though u can accommodate 4 ppl in 1 room.

Good hotel dont show up early and no breakfast

Overall a decent nice hotel. Only problems were with check-in and no brekafast the next morning. Booked 2 rooms and showed up @2pm having driven 3 1/2 hours. Upon arrival one of our rooms was ready and we were told that our other room would be ready shortly. Instead of cleaning our room immediately we were forced to hang out with our kids in our other room while the hotel proceeded to tell us the room wasnt ready yet. After 2 more hours, numerous trips to the front desk to check and mend key card issues and placing several calls to the front desk our 2nd room was ready right at check in time @4pm. Seeing as how we were in town to attend Foodieland Night Market @ The Cow Palace near by being made to wait an additional 2 hours to get in our room to rest after driving such a long distance was very frustrating. Additionally breakfast for the entire hotel was canceled in the morning because the breakfast attendant called into work. The fact that the choice to cancel breakfast altogether and offer no substitute was very unfair and unprofessional by the hotel. While my family and i did enjoy the cleanliness and the location of the hotel i would perfer to spend a little more money for a hotel thats more professional and prompt in its problem solving when it comes to guest issues.
