Booked but Property Was Closed, No Communication from Host

I tried to contact the host multiple times but received no response. On the day and time of check-in, I discovered that the property had been closed for a long time. As a result, my group had to find alternative accommodations. Thanks to the excellent support from the VRBO team, I was able to secure a refund. However, I believe this listing should be removed, and I hope VRBO has a process in place to prevent such listings from appearing in the future.
