French doors off DR to screen porch. Relax in spacious living room, or explore the outdoors with river access from a quiet backyard, ideal for kayaking. We are located on a convenient state road, half mile from the highway: 15-minute drive to UMass Lowell, 30-min drive to Boston or popular NH beaches.

Why they chose this property

I grew up in Methuen and I love our location on the river. It's a convenient location for guests visiting Massachusetts. We are a half an hour north of Boston off Route 93 and about a half an hour from beach communities like Newburyport/Salisbury and the NH coast.

What makes this property unique

Our property has a beautiful location on the water with a fenced yard and access to the river for anyone who brings their own kayak. It's relaxing but close to the highway and lots of shopping/food options.
